So, we did not trust to get the right answers. So, we reached out to the Ashley Cooper Team who just sold a house very similar to the one we wanted to buy. Once the other Realtor found out we went with a different realtor Company. She made sure to make our lives very difficult to buy, she postponed our scheduled visit saying the Seller had last minute family visitors and we must wait 4 more days to visit the home. She would not respond to our offers, and ultimately, we did not get that house and she even told the Seller we would be difficult Buyers and to take the other offer. Ashley told us do not worry she would help us find a new home and we thought not in this market! We were devastated, frustrated, and lost our trust in realtors and we were about to just stay renting and wait for a new Construction home (which would be another 6-8months or more) but Ashley Cooper Team did not give up on us and she found us an even better home! I enthusiastically recommend Ashley and her team after a successful renovation and sale in the challenging real estate market in the Fall of '22. Ashley helped my elderly parents and I renovate their Temecula home, using her great handyman and local network of contractors. Ashley and her terrific assistant, Heather, were responsible and responsive with the inevitable challenges that arise during a renovation. I've rarely worked with a professional group who are so consistent about regular maintaining contact and explaining developments: a text, call or email was always quickly answered. Ashley's team turned a big home renovation project around in an amazingly short time frame -- an invaluable accomplishment in 2022's declining housing market. The final staged house was gorgeous, thanks to Ashley's excellent design sense and renovation choices. I also appreciated the Cooper team's willingness to patiently work with my folks in a stressful housing market. I found Ashley to be an unflagging advocate for her clients (my parents). She also, however, had the courage to be clear and transparent with us about the developing realities of the market. For example, when we were shopping agents at the outset Ashley refused to artificially inflate her sale-price estimate to try to secure our contract. While she is kind and thoughtful, she always "calls it like she sees it." That type of honesty with clients is particularly critical during turbulent markets when sellers (and buyers) are making tough decisions in short time periods. I had found out about Ashley Cooper and her team from reviews including the ones here on Yelp. This was back in mid 2019 when I first contacted her with the idea of wanting to sell our house in Temecula. Ashley was very nice and professional right from the start. She got us started by having the home displayed as "coming soon" on various media outlets. A couple weeks later we decided not to sell the house and instead to continue to rent it out for another year or two. We were happy that Ashley was really understanding about our decision and let us know she would be there to help when the time was right. Ashley contacted us a couple times to touch base and then in early 2021 I told her that we decided to put the house on the market again. It took a couple months for us to get the house squared away and ready and we then finally put it on the market. Ashley and her team took it from there. She really gave my wife and I a great feeling of comfort and confidence that we had chosen the right realtor. I would recommend for anyone to use the Ashley Cooper team. Brittany Nicola (the Realtor whom I used) is a great example. I met Brittany with one place to look at in mind. My drive to Murrieta, was about 1 1/5 hours and she had a number of similar homes in the area for me to look at in order that I didn't waste such a long drive. This was different than the Realtor whom I used in a different location. When I met with that Realtor, they only had one home for me to look at (too small) and wanted me to come back when I reemphasized my criteria. When I told them that I wanted to look around Murrieta/Temecula, they didn't want to drive all the way to Murrieta. Back to Brittany, I ended up buying the first property, but it took her expertise. The property already had a prospective Buyer and a tenant who was living at the facility, so they didn't want to show it. Brittany called them and Voila, we had an appointment. When our cleaning crew was late, Brittany stayed at the property for several hours waiting for them so I wouldn't have to drive to Murrieta (we later found out that the scheduler gave them the wrong address). What can we say but that Ashley Cooper was absolutely awesome!!! We initially went with a friend who was a realtor but soon realized that she was inexperienced and did not meet our needs. When we needed to sell our house to move for my husband's new job, I interviewed 2 real estate agents based on their reviews.
