Some improvements could be made. For example the bathrooms in the various buildings are often locked to "prevent vandalism." Once I saw a student urinating in the hall because the restroom was locked - kind of made me smile. That's what you get when you enact ridiculous overbearing rules. I also like that the school has ALL sophomores take the PSAT free of charge - what a great way to encourage student achievement! My only other comment - and this relates to all high schools, not just this one - what the heck happened to vocational education? Not everyone wants or needs to go to college. We also need people trained in mechanics, welding, and other positions requiring skilled manual labor. Why have we cut this from our educational institutions?
