The programming at Crossfit Ceadar Park is tremendous you can tell the week is thought out and isn't just thrown together. All of the gear is clean and not overly used. I traveled to this distant location and eventually they told me plans fell through on the 2222 location. I emailed asking them to cancel. Up until this point they were extremely responsive. Now they won't return calls or emails. Their trainers were nice, but I can't get Robin(only point of contact) to return calls or email. I would avoid this place if possible. If the contact me I'll be sure to post an update, but it has been over 35 days now.

The bathrooms are huge, aesthetic black and white, very clean and so resourceful! You've got everything from hair ties to dry shampoo which is so considerate. The staff was so kind and the yoga instructor took us through each flow very patiently before speeding it up. I loved her cheerfulness throughout and how spacious the yoga studio was. This Cedar Park Planet Fitness has been a fantastic regular gym experience for my sons and me…read more Planet Fitness has affordable dues and a generous guest policy that has made it possible for my son to work out regularly with me. This location is very clean, and crowds are almost always light and chill. I am grouchy, and I hate waiting for a machine. That has never been a problem at this gym. Staff is always courteous and available if needed (although 99% of my interactions are a quick wave as I check in and out). Can't beat the hours, and the location is accessible. The only regret I have is that there is no sauna or steam room, but I'm paying $200 less per month than Lifetime, so that's no biggie. Planet Fitness has helped me with fitness goals, and I appreciate that the price is so reasonable in a world where very little is any more.

When I was ready to work out again, my trainer Diane Laird consulted with my physical therapist to determine what training plan would be best for me. They worked it out together which was very impressive to me, and I am now fully back to my normal routines. Diane is an exceptional trainer who holds continual education in high esteem.
