This Cedar Park Planet Fitness has been a fantastic regular gym experience for my sons and me. Planet Fitness has affordable dues and a generous guest policy that has made it possible for my son to work out regularly with me. This location is very clean, and crowds are almost always light and chill. I am grouchy, and I hate waiting for a machine. That has never been a problem at this gym. Staff is always courteous and available if needed (although 99% of my interactions are a quick wave as I check in and out). Can't beat the hours, and the location is accessible. The only regret I have is that there is no sauna or steam room, but I'm paying $200 less per month than Lifetime, so that's no biggie. Planet Fitness has helped me with fitness goals, and I appreciate that the price is so reasonable in a world where very little is any more. read more

Located in Cedar Park and open 24/7 makes this Planet Fitness a perfect fit for my daily schedule. Plenty of parking in the lot, very clean establishment inside with sanitizer and paper towel stations throughout the workout areas. Bathrooms are also well maintained with showers and lockers. The staff are always around and helpful if you have any needs and concerns. The actual equipment is also well maintained and everything I've used worked up to par. It's worth it for me to keep my PF Black membership even though I also belong and regularly go to Lifetime Fitness just because I can always get time on the awesome hydro bed and updated massage chairs they have here!! I used to go to the Leander PF but their chairs are ancient. This new location in Cedar Park always clean and I can get on the equipment even when it seems busy. I won't bump them a star but will honesty say the Leander staff seems a lot friendlier..maybe they get annoyed turning on the massage beds:chairs? read more

I like the that PF is open 24 hours a day, so if you have insomnia just drive over to PF and get your workout done. It's well taken care of and the staff are friendly. Additionally, there are many machines so I almost never wait. There are even showers to use after your workout So, don't wait until New Years, become a regular today and say hi, if you see me there! read more

It's a really nice gym that has quickly been ruined by body odor with a majority of the members refusing to wear deodorant. The gym smells BAD and the staff, management, and ownership does absolutely nothing to get it under control. They're more worried about offending the offenders than creating a pleasurable workout environment for ALL. As far as the gym itself it's a great layout, the staffers are always cleaning, but there's only so much you can do about the body odor stench that is now embedded in the walls. It's gross. Gym has really gone downhill since opening. Too busy all the time and not enough machines for everyone causing folks to wait for a machine. Paper towel machines are empty much of the time. Just not a great place to workout anymore. read more

Enjoyed my time while i was there . Decided to move to a new gym for better equipment and sauna. Went into PF in July to cancel it; spoke with an employee, they asked for my reasoning for cancelling and i told them . They had me sign an agreement and i asked them if there was anything else i need to do and they reassured me no. it is now October and i just realized not only was i still being charged but i also got charged a the annual $53 fee as well a month after they said i was cancelled . Went in today to figure out what was going on; spoke to the manager and all i got was a nonchalant response stating if i don't have the cancellation agreement in my email it's not on them . A cancellation agreement email I was never told about at the initial time of cancellation . I believe this is a terrible tactic to keep taking money from customers . Get your membership somewhere else . read more

This Planet Fitness just opened on January 5, 2024 so the equipment is brand new and the facility is super clean. The gym is listed as open 24 hours as well as has ample weight and cardio machines. The membership fee options are super affordable. I love and recommend this gym. read more

One Planet Fitness is as bad as the next. There's NO getting ahold of corporate management, and the kids running the place don't give a . The Leander location, like all the others I've been to insist on playing this God awful music, and too loud to drown out with your own ear buds. NOBODY comes to the gym to hear their annoying music, and each gym is built the same... meaning NOT acoustic friendly. I wouldn't want to hear my OWN music in the Planet Fitness building. EVERYBODY has their own music & ear buds! What part of "Turn your shit DOWN or OFF don't you understand??!!! It makes for a VERY uncomfortable environment, and it makes it hard to talk without yelling. Not only is this a corporate issue but it's a perpetual local issue too. I just spent $30 on some Shooters Earmuffs to go over my $100 earbuds in an effort to drown out their obsolete gay bar"music"! Follow your own advice about "judgement free zone" and turn off the music that everyone is trying to drown out!! read more

The employees at this location are completely unprofessional and have poor customer service skills. Last night my safety was compromised because the employee abandoned his shift and no one was there to monitor the gym for over 3 hours. I need to address very firmly that this was not okay. I was unable to retrieve my items because no one was present. Retrieving tangible items comes second to security. It took 2 hours after I called to get my stuff. The person who worked last night left the gym unsupervised. He wasn't in the gym at all nor in the parking lot. That's just not okay. There could've been an emergency outside of mine and no one would've been there to assist. This isn't a concern just of mine but also others who were at the gym with me because I wasn't the only one in need of assistance. This was a primary example of job abandonment. For this to be a fairly new location this isn't a good way to start out. Take people's safety more seriously! read more
