Mike McConnell sold me a 2002 Honda CRV in December of this year. He gave me a fair price out the door, explained that I should not hesitate to return if I needed anything whatsoever for the vehicle, and arranged dealer-rate snow tires for me at a local tire shop. This was my first vehicle, and I am glad to have received such an outstanding quality of service. In February, I was forced to move to California on short notice for reasons pertaining to my health. Mr. McConnell and his wife not only stored my vehicle through one of the most brutal winter storms in recent memory, but Mike took note that it was not running at peak performance and topped up the oil for me at no additional expense.
