I figured the staff would have changed since my last experience. It took them 3.5 hours just to change the oil and my car was the only one in the shop. Then they came out and said that my brakes and muffler needed to be replaced. Took it to my family's mechanic a month later for an inspection and he said my brakes and muffler were in perfect condition. Unbelievable. Literally unbelievable. There are many MANY better places around town to go instead of Meineke in Topsham.

The entire appointment was exactly 59 minutes. Not only that, when it came time to pay what should have been about $60, I was told it was all covered by the warranty on my Cooper Tires. They knew they would do it for free and still treated me just as good as a paying customer. In this day and age, that's something really worth noting.
