We did the all-inclusive package for our wedding at Cambium Barn and rented the home on the…read moreproperty for the weekend in early June 2024, and we couldn't be more in love with how EVERYTHING turned out. First off, everything was SO BEAUTIFUL- the land, the green grass and foliage, the landscaping, the barn, the barn's back patio, the fully renovated, huge farmhouse with tons of charm... Because we rented the house and property for the weekend, our vendors who were already booked for the day of our wedding were able to drop off the rentals early. We were also able to do a quick rehearsal in the barn the night before the wedding, which was really nice since our guests came from all over the country and that was the first time we were all together. We had 80 guests at our wedding and the grassy lot near the barn was easily able to accommodate that many cars and the barn was easily able to accommodate that many guests. We wanted our whole wedding in the barn, in case of rain or bad weather, so the setup of our wedding was a little unconventional- but it's exactly what we wanted and Brittany helped us make it happen. We had our ceremony with all of our guests already sitting at the dinner tables, the tables were divided on each side of the aisle, our ceremony spot later became the location of our bride and groom dining table, we had a designated dance floor in the center of the barn with high top tables, we had a photo booth area, we had large appetizer table, we had a large dessert table, we had a full bar with bar top, we had a DJ with a whole sound system, and we had a buffet- We were able to fit a ton of stuff in the barn and it didn't ever feel cramped for space. If people wanted to get out of the barn, they could stand outside the barn or go hang out on the back side patio with fire pit and benches- it was absolutely perfect. We also rented a bathroom trailer that was across the grass from the barn, it wasn't too close or too far from the barn. As for New Land Weddings services, EVERYTHING was top notch. Brittany and her team went above and beyond with their decorating and all of the floral arrangements and additional foliage added around the barn. The barn was already perfect, but their decoration and floral took the barn to a whole other level. Unfortunately, we had some vendors who fell through and Brittany and her team picked up the slack without even being asked to... We are so thankful to all of them and they saved us from so much stress... it's crazy to think about how much they helped us. They wanted our wedding to go perfectly too, and they really did everything they could to make sure it did. Our photographer was amazing; she did such a good job in working with us through the event. At one point I got cake smashed onto my dress, and she was there instantly to help me get it off discretely. All of our pictures turned out beautifully- we couldn't be happier with our pictures. She got pictures of everything and everyone- we received hundreds of pictures and all of them are perfect! I could go on forever about our experience, because it was truly perfect and everything we wanted start to end. Brittany and her team are truly special and unique, and it was an honor to work with them and have our wedding at the Cambium Barn. All of our guests were so excited about the barn, the property, and the unique experience- everyone loved everything just as much as us. Cambium Barn will forever have our hearts and feel like home to us. We highly recommend this venue and Brittany's services, and we plan on returning in the future.

i Went to the Winter Dance Party on Sat. Jan 24, 2026 and I want to say it was ten times better…read morethan two y ears ago . The new owners gave those of us who go there to dance and mingle a bigger dance floor. Two years ago it was mostly all tables of people sitting all night and those that want to dance had no room To move We were in a sardine can . Now ,last night we all had room and it was stress free , fun and a great event. I went even though it was freezing out because that event is a guaranteed good happy time . the people are so nice. the new owners are very polite and nice . More and more young people are showing up dressed in 50s style even little kids. the most memorable thing i saw was a dad up front dancing wit h his lil daughter teaching her the steps. And they were both dressed 50s style. Richie Valens has energy to burn and The Big Boppper is such a unique fun person and he had zebra shoes to match his zebra coat jacket. and of course Buddy Holly looked and sang so real I though the was the real deal . From the parking lot, there was a memorial to Buddy, The Big Bopper, and Richie. We tried to get in but the doors were locked. We were so disappointed until the employees saw us and let us in. That's where the magic happened! There were memorabilia and the owner gave us a private tour. He was so kind to let us go backstage and stand where Buddy performed. It was more than we expected and it made a life long dream come true to get a close up look and hear the history. Then the manager Steven came out several times, even ran home to try and find what we needed to change our tire. (We needed a specific tool to lower the spare down, dang mopar problems).After many attempts he was sadly unsuccessful.
