They do a great job with the upkeep, and when you factor in the cost of the buckets (they just got new balls), it's an unbeatable value. We walked in and there are two people seated, one on the phone and the second typing an email. A third person came from down the hall and didn't say anything for a while. After twenty awkward seconds of standing there with no acknowledgment, the third person asks my wife "are you 'Name'"? We are in bay 4". She didn't introduce herself or talk about what we were doing. She tells me that Chris will be right with me. Meanwhile Chris bangs away at his computer for another thirty seconds and then says he will be with me as soon as he hits send" So literally no "Welcome to Golftec" or "Have you been here before?" Or anything. The guy literally didn't even talk to me as we walked back to the bay and then just started typing on that computer. GolfTec, you may think you are the gods of golf or you may be upset that you never won a lifetime tour card, I don't know, but client service is what pays the bills. Keep your clients happy. Treat them like people, not cattle. We have a choice where we spend our money and time. So we left and will get swing analysis elsewhere.

My fitting at GOLFTEC was to be honest a horrible experience all around. Went in for a very expensive 3 hour full bag fitting. The simulator room itself was extremely hot inside and had no AC or ventilation so I was burning up sweating while making swings. After an hour of hitting seven iron the guy stops me and tells me my money would be better spent on improving my game. Thanks bud. I'm not sure if he needed to get out of there to do something else or what but he ended the fitting there and only charged me for the one hour. In most circumstances I'd appreciate that level of honesty, especially from a salesman. However I was there to test the new gear and buy new clubs. I wanted to get fitted for my driver, woods, wedges, and putter too but never got the chance because of the unprofessionalism I experienced. I would not recommend GOLFTEC to anybody for a fitting. What do these guys do when someone who has never picked up a club before becomes interested in golf and wants to get fitted for his first set of clubs? Awful experience.

I understand the swing so much better now and all the technology they have really appeals to the way I learn. Aaron is also very good at putting things in a way I can implement them. Sometimes he tries two or three different approaches if he sees that I am not grasping the concept. After spending a lot of time rebuilding my swing pretty much from scratch, now Aaron and I work on things I notice out on the course that need improvement. It might be a 100 shot, a safety tee shot, course strategy, etc. Highly recommend Aaron and GolfTEC Roswell.

I am a brand new golfer, and have been incredibly pleased with how quickly I've developed under Jun's direction. I was apprehensive when I began taking lessons because I was intimidated with the complexity of the game, but Jun started with the basics and broke everything down so I could understand what the swing is supposed to look like. The best part about Baraban's is that all of the motions are videoed while you practice, and the instructor can play each swing back on the monitor so you see what you did right or wrong....and can show you what needs to be corrected. I can't imagine hitting balls on the range and just guessing what needs to be fixed if something isn't working right. I've found Baraban's Academy to be very affordable as well - they sell packages of lessons which work well for my situation. They also have club fittings, and many other services. An all around 5 star experience!!
