I would 100% recommend this location and the staff including Colton, they're consummate professionals, who can really help with improving your game or just coming in to take a look at the product. I've made two trips to this store - the first one with very good customer service, the second one with not so good customer service. Having never purchased golf clubs before, I went to Play It Again Sports on the recommendation of a few colleagues. On my first trip, I was referred to an employee who was very knowledgable about golf. The employee did an excellent job answering my questions and was able to set me up with a used set of irons and a putter, while giving me a good explanation of different products in the store. I returned for a second trip after my driver broke, expecting more good service. I asked one of the employees if they fix golf clubs. He abruptly told me that clubs are not fixed, and spoke in an attitude that he didn't want to be bothered. I asked if he knew where I could fix clubs, and he shot back that I should check Google. Then, I asked him if someone could help me decide if I should buy a new club instead of fixing it - which was when he sent me to the golf club section to figure it out on my own. I would expect an employee at a store that sells sporting goods, but doesn't fix them, should know where to fix sporting goods (the answer, which I got from another source, is PGA Superstore or a club repair shop at a local golf course). At the very least, I should be referred to another employee in the store who would know - if not information on repair, at least information on what I could purchase as a replacement. If I knew what to buy, I would go to Amazon instead of going to the store. And to be honest, I would recommend that you shop on Amazon instead of coming here. Good customer service which was sadly followed by an episode of very crummy customer service. I'd much rather spend more money at a place that treats me better than save a buck coming here.

I brought my new driver in for a butt trim and Rick, the manager, immediately detected a crack in the shaft. He quickly pulled a demo, cut to my requested length and checked the swing weight to make sure it was right (it was!). He spent a good 15 minutes with me to make sure I was satisfied (I was!). All this and he didn't charge me anything! What a great experience which is what I've come to expect from Trader Golf!

we officially have tennis-center envy…read more our ALTA team plays out of Dekalb Tennis Center and (no offense to them) Druid Hills makes our home courts look like a sad community park. not only was our opposing team super-friendly but they had a gorgeous spread of food presented in silver servers, including: double cheeseburgers, salad, cookies, brownies and lots of other stuff that I think I'm still digesting weeks later. facility is gorgeous and, even though courts are mostly clay, it's well worth a visit if you're big in to tennis. also, life hack! getting booked at Druid Hills through ALTA scheduling is a great way to enjoy the club without paying what I'm assuming is a ginormagantuan entrance fee.
