I called Brendan to fix the dripping in my shower, which happened when my washing machine filled (go figure!). He carefully tested the system and asked insightful diagnostic questions to pinpoint the issue. It turned out that my water pressure was almost double the proper level. Brendan adjusted the pressure and installed a new cartridge, and the problem was completely resolved. I really appreciate that he identified the root cause, which could have led to much bigger issues down the road. I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend him. read more
