Here's how it works. You go online and see what their menu options are for the week. You can order just one meal or meals for everyday if you want. You choose your entrees and two side items to go with each of them. And the options are wonderful! For instance this week they are offering Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Broccoli Slaw, Stuffed Flank Pinwheels with Spinach & Feta and Tilapia with Smoked Paprika. Some of the sides are Sesame Broccoli Stir Fry, Parmesan Polenta and Peas with Mint Butter. Sounds delicious, doesn't it? Meals are about $12.50 per person. I decided to give A&A a try after coming across this business on yelp. Upon entering, I was greeted by a very friendly lady. They had a nice display case that contained cakes, cupcakes and other treats. I noticed that they had a strawberry cake and I asked to place the order. The young lady informed me that the cake was a tres leche cake, which was something I wasn't familiar with. She explained the process to me and I decided to order a slice first. She gave me a fork and I was able to taste the slice I purchased. Oh my goodness, it was so good!!!! She told me that it would be moist and that it would probably come across as "wet" to some, but I thought it was excellent! The flavor was great and I loved the fact that the icing wasn't extremely sweet. It was not like the typical buttercream icing. I purchased the cake and did not tell others that it was a tres leche cake. (I wanted to see how they would feel about the slightly different texture.) Everyone at the gathering absolutely loved the cake!! I am so thankful that I decided to drop in to this place. We now have a go-to bakery that we will use for all occasions! Highly recommend!!

I recently judged the Best Memphis Burger competition and sadly to say this burger was NOT in it. I think this burger goes toe toe with the grand champion Elboe burger! After a brief conversation with Jared (owner ) about the event he told me that someone else that judged the competition said that he actually had the best burger in Memphis so I had to see for myself.... This amazing thick juicy double patty burger with Gourmade aioli sauce, white cheddar cheese, a peppered green, butterd pickles and pickled red onion (which I admittedly took off because onions make me gag) sorry if that was tmi. But this burger was cooked perfectly and the seasoning was just outstanding with flavor and the brioche bun that was soft but yet firm enough to hold everything together. He was friendly, informative, and gracious. He described how his business' coffee beans were sourced locally from Rigby Roasters (of Memphis). Their small-batch ice cream came from Little Rock's Loblolly Creamery. The quiches were handmade by a local chef. Well, of course, I sampled all of the above! I was quite impressed with the flavorful sausage quiche. The "cold" coffee that I was eventually served was well-balanced and delicious. The Loblolly ice cream selections were difficult to choose from, but I was extremely pleased with my dish of eggnog flavor. Also, I took home a hand-packed pint of the bourbon pecan, which was completely scrumptious. I'm really pleased that this locally-owned shop has renovated a downtown two storey building and opened there. They even have offices for rent upstairs, as well as an Air B&B rental apartment. Plus, they are very happy for your business right up to their closing time. In fact, I noticed that at least five customers were served several minutes after 6:00 p.m. Angled/head-in street parking spaces are available in front of shop. (When leaving, be careful backing up, since many fellow drivers are impatient and incautious.) I really liked the relaxed/chill atmosphere here. If I lived in the neighborhood, this would definitely become my favorite coffee stop, and quite likely largely supplant my Starbucks' caffeine habit. I plan on returning here again and again.
