Two of the items didn't work, I did go out and look for the skirt in hopes they had it and even talked to a clerk who tells me they don't have it. Find something else instead and a skirt on the clearance rack. Sale says buy one get two free, so we search hard for two more items. Two tops. Get up to the register and find out that the two tops aren't included in the buy one sale, "better sale with the blanket $12.99 sale". How so, free is a better deal. so, no thanks we don't want them. See my return today and I was returned the price after all the discounts. makes sense, however, why could we not get the discounts/coupons for what we got instead. The clerk tells me today that if we had exchanged for a different price we would have. Nobody told us that!!!! And apparently even though her birthday is still this month you only get that discount on one purchase. Ignoring that we did an two part exchange. See they couldn't do the return/exchange with the items we got instead. So I lost my Torrid bucks we'd used online and the birthday discount. Poor pool there Torrid.

I watched her openly talk down to one of the workers right in front of me, and she had the audacity to act annoyed when I asked a simple question about sizing. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. I will never shop here again, and I genuinely feel bad for the staff who have to put up with that toxic environment every day. I've bought quite a few things here but I have seen things for hundreds and hundreds that aren't even really that nice or "designer"... My most recent visit here, I was trying to get a fitting room but one of the staff members was helping someone else and didn't even respond when I went up to her asking for a fitting room. The other lady was patrolling the clothes they had outside their store. I just ended up not getting the item since I was having no luck getting a room. I had been hearing the Time Out Sports advertised on the radio for some time now. So when my feet…read morestarted bothering me a few weeks ago I knew I wanted to go in and talk with Cindy. Prior to arriving in store I did my research and found two pairs of shoes that might interest me. Upon arriving, we were welcomed and asked if we needed assistance. I immediately asked about the shoes. Later my husband said the Oofos slippahs might help to support my arches when I am not at work. One pair of shoes that I tried on made the ball of my left foot sore. The second pair I tried Hoka One One Gaviota provides the best support for plantar fasciitis which sounded like something I had. Bought the Gaviota and a pair of Oofos slippahs that also help support my arches. This along with stretching makes my feet feel good and I am now on the road to recovery. Hoka One One's are pricey however I see it as investing in myself since I walk 8-10 miles daily for my job. Got what I came for in a relatively reasonable amount of time. I visited and called the store repeatedly for a year and the owner kept telling me she couldn't find the records of my items. I saw Many of my items were for sale in the back room but she never did find my paperwork so I guess I "donated" them to her.
