We had a beyond excellent experience with JT and I wanted to leave a review to highly recommend him. He was so kind and knowledgable and spent 2 hours to help us get all the details just right, offering is us all the customization options with time and care. We also purchased our ties for our groomsmen, plus a dress shirt and belt. Employees always on lunch even when we have an appointment, they said they couldn't find our suit order, once they found it the order arrived to the store late, the alterations weren't done on time and the quality of work was atrocious. What a wonderful store! Dillards always seems to have what we need and we plan our annual clothes shopping around their winter sales events. The sales personnel are always helpful and pleasant. We have found their selection and prices to be superior to buying garments online. The luggage and kitchen appliance selection is also excellent. Dear The Dillards (Womens), A simple complaint. Billie- of the womens Dillards department store, is one of the most self-centered lazy women I have ever met. I watched as she bossed her coworkers around and scoffed at customer requests. My final issue was when I heard her mocking my relatives request of a certain makeup, stating after she left that it wouldn't do her any good. I was appalled and until she is removed, my family and friends will not be going to Womens Dillards. Great experience today shopping at Dillard's. The lady who helped me was awesome! It was really slow (after lunch on a Thursday afternoon) so I had the run of the place. She allowed me to try items on in the dressing room and then put them away for me so I could continue shopping. Purchased about $250 worth of clothing and was treated like a King. I was recently at the women's dillards shopping for my mother whom LOVES LOVES LOVES Downey & Bourke. I was constantly followed around the store and was asked 8 TIMES if I needed help despite being there only 15 minutes. I was followed around the store because they thought I was going to steal it. I confirmed this by walking near the cheaper item in the store where they felt compelled to stop following me. This is the third time it has happened to me. They think they are doing something good by supposedly preventing theft but in reality they only are causing potential liabilities. How am I supposed to feel comfortable in the store when I am constantly being followed? How am I supposed to react when I am being asked every two minutes if I have any questions or if I am purchasing for someone else? I got the feeling that due to how I look the thought I couldn't afford the items I was shopping for. What president does it set off I am being discriminated based on how I look? As someone who as owned a business I would be worried if my store was being managed the way it was. If management was smart they would immediately re-train the staff on how to identify actual threats of theft. They lost a sale but management should worry more about the ramifications of possible discrimination read more

Last night 9/25/16 I was helped by an amazing gal in the women's clothing department. She did all she could to assist me in finding the clothes I needed. The store was closing when she checked me out and much to my surprise ?Ruth, unlocked the exterior door and stood outside watching me until I got to my car! Horrible old woman in ladies intimates! Rude and disgusting to watch with customers. She handed me a barely printed receipt and said, "Well hopefully you don't need it." When I asked for a new one she snapped at me and said "You don't need it to return anything." Then why would you say I hope you don't need it?? I will never be shopping here in the future!
