It feels like they continue adding new members even though the gym is already packed no matter the day or time you go. It can make workouts frustrating and difficult to fully enjoy. One thing I also didn't appreciate was the constant news channels playing in the cardio room. Many people go to the gym to de-stress and take a break from world events, so having news on all the TVs takes away from that atmosphere. Most gyms usually play sports or music instead. If news channels are going to be shown, it would be better to include a variety of viewpoints rather than only one-sided coverage. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving the gym for several reasons. Another frustrating experience was the cancellation process. Even after going in person and signing the cancellation paperwork, my card continued to be charged, and it was not easy getting the membership properly canceled.

The machines are new and abundant, and there is a fitness room with spin bikes, and equipment. You can workout to any video they have listed and even join an existing workout class. The gym has everything you need to get in a great workout and the best thing is the price! You are not paying for the pool, squash courts and other things I have paid for in a gym and do not use. The gyms are independently owned, which gives each club the ability to personalize your experience more. Another awesome deal...you can get a 30 day trial for around $10! that's incredible. It's 2024 it's absurd to have to call off work (she doesn't work weekends and the odd hours she works are between 9-5) to drive here to cancel a gym membership. That's what's the internet is for we should be able to click a button to give notice. I'm actually going to the BBB to report them for deceptive practices as it seems they are hoping to continue billing you by making it impossible to cancel. Ridiculous.
