On 2/28/26 visited your location and usually get terrific product. But this day must've been an off day. The smoothies we got were just cold water with a hint of fruit and sweetener. Food was great full and hearty portions. But the smoothie person wasn't presenting your best product. Hope things are better in future endeavors. read more

I have patronized this location many times. Usually the wraps are full, the flatbreads are hearty and smoothies filled to the brim. This morning was the opposite. I asked for 2 drinks and 2 food items. When I walked in to grab my drink 1 of them was not filled to the brim like it usually is. I asked if there was anything that can be done and she responded "I don't know why it does that some time, I can put ice in it". I rejected and just walked out with my order. I got in my car and gave my husband his stuff and took mine out. As I began to unwrap it I immediately took a bite and it wasn't pleasing to me. It was also extremely small like a taquito not a wrap. I returned back inside to address my concerns and was told I would need to speak with the manager. The manager arrived from the bathroom and I began to express my discontent with what was purchased. The manager argued that this was the standard size when I expressed I didn't care for the taste and it was unpalatable she responded saying "it is not her problem that I do not like it" I was completely shocked by the response and asked for a refund which was denied. I even used my points and received $5 off for a purchase I didn't care for. I asked for her name (Radha) and was presented with her attempt to continue arguing. I told her there isn't a need to argue I have asked for something and you're denying my request, correct and she said yes. I asked for the gm name was told they are on vacation and Radha encouraged me to file a complaint with corporate, so I did. I sat in the restaurant and filed the complaint. I also took a picture of the taquito and left it there. I am so upset by this outcome when I frequent this location often. read more

Stopped in for much the other day. The food is good. I'd never had anything from their food menu before. The staff are usually nice. Which seems to be a rare find around here lately. =[ It's always been clean when I go in there. Never too loud or crowded. So if you have the cash, go for it! read more

This was my first time trying this place and I'm pleasantly surprised. The staff helped me choose my drink which was so good and not too sweet (I don't like super sweet items). The Caribbean jerk chicken wrap was so flavorful, juicy and packed full. I wasn't a big fan of the maple sweet potatoes because I didn't taste any flavor, I added my own honey and then it became a hit. The jalapeño corn had a great char on it which I definitely liked. The area is super busy for mid morning. I will definitely be back. read more

Purchased a smoothie at this location today. I brought it home and noticed that it was very sour tasting. As if the fruit had been left out in the heat and had gone bad. I returned almost immediately within about 10 minutes to the stores location to exchange it for something else. Literally two sips had been taken. The young girl at the counter was willing to exchange it for me because she recognized the value of customer service. However, the other teenage girl that was there said that we couldn't do it because it would come out of their checks, which is a complete lie! I feel like the fruit served within the smoothie was subpar and not meeting with health standards as a smoothie shouldn't taste this sour if the contents are good and not expired. As I was leaving, she told me to "have a blessed day". The sarcasm was duly noted and responded to appropriately. I would not visit this location as they obviously don't value their customer base or the quality, integrity or health standards around their food. Not only will I be leaving this review but I will be reporting our concerns to the health department Whom I'm sure will conduct a health inspection. I will also be submitting samples of this beverage to the Texas Department of health for analysis. You better hope that the only thing wrong was your service because if the contents of this drink are found to be deficient, then you will have a lawsuit in addition to a bad review. Congratulations tropical smoothie you have lost two loyal customers. This is part of your customer base and if you're worried about stuff coming out of your paycheck, it's us. We are the ones coming out of your paycheck. We are the ones that won't be shopping at your establishment anymore and when your hours get cut or reduced or you don't get that raise that you want then please remember me. read more

I love this location due to convenience, however...the staff needs to be thoroughly vetted through as there is a lack of customer service (lack of greeting) and little to no organization (no uniform/uniformity orders have been misplaced). I've come to this spot over 10 times and unfortunately I haven't seen much change. For the hiring manager/ owner please please vet your staff, this place has a lot of potential, and train your staff to a standard. Thank you. read more

Nice little spot in town. Still fairly new. Place actually surprised me with the amount of options they had and again surprisingly good. Food and smoothies are both priced really good. Cheaper than your other big chain smoothie places. read more

There is no consistency in the smoothies they make. Sometimes tastes great, other times weak.
