This is my favorite place to enjoy a great afternoon work. I get a chocolate hulk and it usually never disappoints. Last week I came to get my usual smoothie but it was just liquidy and not full. But I let it be, maybe it was a bad day. I came in yesterday for lunch and there was this sweetest lady taking my order and greeting me at the window. I didn't catch her name but she had blonde and black hair. She has great customer service and by the time she was done with our conversation she had the smoothie in hand and apologized for the previous incident . tonight, October 20th 2024 at 7pm my best friend went to go get me a smoothie bowl and her a smoothie. well, she wasn't aware it was card only, no one told my friend and there was no sign until last second. there were two workers, both women (typical) the one who took my order was fine, but the other one in the back realized she had ordered a smoothie bowl with the simple base with strawberries and bananas. the one in the back went "I'm not making that! it's too much work" soooo here's my advice, woman. don't work at all if it's too much work, you're aware of your job, what you need to do and what you don't need to do. no one came in and disrespected you, so there's no reason to be a grade a cunt but I'm just treating you the way you treat others :) if you don't want to work there, simply don't. don't take your dumbass, sappy ass attitude on others who did nothing wrong to you. seek help, genuinely. Waited 15 minutes for a new bowl. Came out half full, completely liquid. All of the toppings piled in one spot in the middle, even the chocolate drizzle. Overpriced for poor service and the most unappealing looking thing I've been meant to consume. Pay your employees more maybe you'll get people who care. read more

The app is useless. I had to wait half an hour for my smoothie. The three staff members filled walk in order before they even spoke to me. When I asked who to talk to about my frustration, they gave several excuses but no answer. They then claimed that they service the drive-thru first until I pointed out they served three people before starting to work on the drive-thru; he then said, "our system is down." This kind of service has not happened once. Or twice. I absolutely will a lot of 30 minutes even using the app. This is the worst franchise. read more

I am from california and I was visiting Greenville and I notice there was a smoothie king nearby so I went in and was greeted by the employees and the manager maylee was very helpful and kind to help me pick out a smoothie. Also, I asked her what protein powder she recommends because she seems very fit and healthy. She is awesome! Came in to grab smoothies for breakfast/snack while on the road transporting dogs to their rescues. Ordered $17 in smoothies and reached in my wallet to see I had $100 bill and some ones. Not enough ones to cover total, so I reach in to pay with $100 bill in my wallet. Said they couldn't take a $100 bill. Not even after 4hrs of being open. So instead of making money they lost my business probably forever. Currently driving and can't stop and eat with dogs in van so was pretty much my only option. Really, really good smoothies! They were very kind and happy to help a new customer. Their sizes are quite large but definitely worth it!
