I made an appointment yesterday for 1:30 through yelp. Tony responded right away and I had an appointment @130. I showed up and Tony greeted me by name and I had never been here before. My sons and I have been customers of Tony for a number of years. (Tony's original partner Tom cut my hair when I was a teenager.) Tony is a very nice guy who always remembers how customers like their hair cut. Tina usually cuts my hair and does a great job. This shop gets busy but with 3 barbers the wait usually isn't very long and Tony will send out text messages to his regular customers to let you know when they are slow. I like that. My regular lady has to take some family time off so I was looking for another place to get a haircut. 72-year-old guy so I didn't want to fade or anything too current just wanted a simple haircut. Told Tina that it had been about 6 or 7 weeks this is my last haircut so I expected just sort of an overall shortening of my hair. Tina said an executive cut , to which I agreed (my mistake?) Rather than just giving me a trim of 6-week growth, she proceeded with a number three or four on her clippers and went to work. After the first swipe with clippers it's too late to go back. Not a disaster but much shorter than I wanted. Always frustrated when a barber doesn't listen or at least ask questions. Will I go back? We will have to see. read more

We've been customers at this barbershop for quite some time and have always been satisfied with the service. Tony usually cuts my son's hair because he understands exactly what my son wants and delivers every time. However, on this particular day, Tony was busy, so my son decided to get a haircut from Tina. Tina did exactly as requested, but we felt that the haircut needed a bit of styling. When we returned to have it fixed, Tina seemed to blame my son for not providing clear instructions. Another gentleman near the back door said that kids always have a hard time describing their haircut, so we need to show a picture. I told him that Tony always cuts my son's hair, and we have never had a problem. Even while Tina was cutting my son's hair, she said, "You got me in trouble with my boss," and kept mentioning that she only did what he asked. It's embarrassing to the other customers, to be honest. I believe that making it right is a normal part of any service, and we only intended to have the haircut fixed. Despite the misunderstanding, we did appreciate Tina's effort to make the necessary adjustments and still left a tip as our way of showing appreciation. I will give 4 stars for Tony's excellent customer service. Thank you, Tony! read more

We love this barber shop!! My husband and son have been going to Tony for a few years now and they won't go anywhere else. Now the whole family gets our hair cut here. A couple years back my daughter and I started getting our hair cut by Tracy. She is so wonderful with children, she's really patient and very comforting and of course she gives a great haircut. My daughter cut her own hair about on both sides about an inch from her scalp and Tracy blended the grow out beautifully and continues to keep her hair in shape now. I have short hair and anyone who has short hair knows that one it's can be expensive to keep it up with frequent trims and not everyone can do a good job with a short pixie. Tracy does a great job and it's affordable to get frequent trims to keep my short cut looking it's best. Highly recommend!!! read more

From the very beginning he has been welcoming, friendly, hard working, and always willing to help/fit you in. The location is clean, simple, and easy to access. The parking is convenient. *I recommend calling before the coming in because they can get very busy. My husband and three sons are pretty particular about how their hair gets cut and styled- but every single stylist always does a phenomenal job. They are always super pleased with the final result! First time today... walked in and were greeted promptly and had a short wait. My teen has been growing his hair out and has been apprehensive about getting it cut. Seems to be the style lately with the boys, shaggy longer style. Found this shop from yelp and he agreed to try it out. Tony recommended one of his barbers who was experienced with the longer hair scissor cuts. It turned out great and best of all my son is happy with his cut. Will definitely be back. read more
