This is a 3.5 star, not a 3 and here's why. First, an hour before my appointment she texted me to see if I could come earlier which was fine, I was free. So I knew she had time also. When I get my haircut 99.9% of the time over the course of my life (I'm 53), I sit in the chair, discuss what I want to do, then get shampooed, cut and styled. However, I walked in, got a cape on, discussed what I wanted, she starts cutting my hair completely dry. Not totally unheard of except I've maybe had that done once ever, but then shampooed and styled still. Not this time. Dry cut and I was outta there in 15 minutes. I mean really, 15 minutes for a women's haircut? Even Great Clips shampoos people and takes more than 15 minutes. Trying to save money on product? Certainly not selling any by using it on customers first. I got nothing. The haircut was decent, my hair is super simple. But it's still nice to be a little pampered and have it blown out to see how a professional would style it. I paid about the same ($50 vs. $55 in Folsom) for this super basic experience as I do in Folsom at a much nicer salon for full service. This is like going to a drive through car wash and the interior is not clean compared to a full service car wash. So if you're looking for more of a salon/pampering experience, this is definitely not the place. If you want to be in an out then it will work for you. I'll go back to Folsom.

I don't do any real pampering on my self during the year. I'm not into Mani and Pedis. Some of my girlfriends go monthly to get their nails done and they look terrific. I wish I had nails like them, but just aren't committed to that. I'm so afraid of getting a nail fungus so I pass. I have gotten my nails done and few times, but that time has passed for me. For me it's now all about getting my hair done. For the past 12 years or so I've been coming to Toniy. She does a fabulous job. My hair continues to stay healthy which I love. I've heard horror stories about people getting there hair fried and that's never been the case for me. It's been a success every time. It wasn't till 12 years ago that I started coloring my hair. I always wanted to be blond so I had my hair done blonde. That lasted for a while and I loved it. Now I've gone back to being more natural. My hair now is back to brown. A lot lighter then my normal hair color, but no one really knows that as they have only know me with my hair as is since it's been 12 years. People forget how things used to be, unless they look at old pictures of me. I love getting fussed over and having my hair washed, conditioned, and styled after the color treatment. She does such an amazing time styling my hair. I love the beachy waves she does. I wish is world last longer then it does. I've tried to do beachy waves on myself and I can't get it like she does. I keep it in as long as I can. If I don't roll around in bed and sleep on my back it will last a couple of days. I try my best to get my hairs done right before my vacations so I can look good in pictures. I tried to get an appointment right before our next trip, but she's going to be out of town. So sad. I'll just have to do my best to look presentable. I do have an appointment soon as I get back. Thank you Toniy for doing my hairs perfectly. We first started with the individual scalp analysis to determine which products would be used during the treatment. Next we went into the super cozy and relaxing treatment room. The service started with the scalp treatment and neck and shoulder massage. Then the facial and more massage time which was amazing. After the treatment was done we were brought back to the main room where our scalps were analyzed again to see the immediate changes. It ended with a light blow dry and a seamless checkout.
