It was not a low taper, and it was not even a standard high fade. It was cut much higher than that, to the point where I noticed midway through the haircut and had to stop him. At that point, I asked Christian, who has cut my hair well in the past, to try to fix it. To his credit, Christian did everything he could. He spent about an hour trying to work with what had already been done, but eventually even he said that was the best he was able to do because of how much had already been taken off. To say I was frustrated would be an understatement. This was the day before my birthday, and the haircut was bad enough that I avoided taking photos, avoided going out, and had to wait weeks for it to grow back before I felt normal again. The only real solution was time because the damage had already been done. I still come to this shop because Christian and Thomas are both great barbers, and I do recommend them. They are the reason I still have any confidence in this place. But I would personally avoid Bobby. My experience with him was extremely disappointing, and the result felt so far from what I asked for that it honestly left me questioning how that happened in the first place. Again, Christian and Thomas are solid. Bobby, based on my experience, is someone I would not trust with my hair again.

Found our new spot!…read more So took my son to another shop this afternoon and they unfortunately did a terrible job on my son's fade. My wife called Dapper Don's to see their availability for an emergency fix. Over the phone they were very understanding, they responded "just bring him in and we will fix him up" Once we got there Happy and Bubba went above and beyond to help clean him up. They took us right away and made my boy feel reassured he wasn't going to be getting a hack job. Thankful for their professionalism and kindness! We will for sure be hitting these guys back up for our future cuts!
