When entering the office, you have to go through A buzz salon, then her room. It's so quaint, with candles, her desk and materials, and a table to lie on during the process. The process was the easiest, most stress free process of my life! I didn't feel a thing, there was just a few times I felt a slight pull. Other than that, the process was 40 mins & my peach was left bare! I got a Brazilian, and that includes the front & the back (I wasn't adventurous enough to get the back lol). I've been on the hunt for a waxing place on this side of town for quite a while. And, I feel like I finally found one!! If you are new to waxing, you should check this place out. First, I like being able to schedule or reschedule using the StyleSeat app. It is a user friendly app, and for me it makes the scheduling process really convenient. Edna had a last minute schedule change and was really great about contacting me ASAP to resolve it. I was really impressed with this since I was a new/unknown client. It made me feel like my business was important to her. Edna made me feel super relaxed and comfortable which is always appreciated when trying out a new waxing place! She works FAST and efficiently. If you have a low tolerance for pain, and even if you don't, speed is appreciated. I was in and out in roughly 15 minutes. I was worried that this might effect the quality of work or result in missed spots, but it didn't. I was really happy with the final result. There are, also, specials for new clients!! And, lastly, even though I've been waxing for a while, she sends you away with very clear instructions on aftercare which I thought was smart. I think, for the most part, if you are old hat at waxing, not much sets one place apart from the next. What will stand out is comfort, cleanliness, technique, cost. Edna is nailing all of it! Edna has been my girl for soooooo long! I practically feel like I'm making an appointment to chat with a friend! She's been my go to girl since about 2016, and I haven't been anywhere else. Definitely a bit hard to find BUT, hidden gem for sure. Really glad I found a great deal on Groupon for a Brazilian. Making an appointment is super easy, I just went to their website and scheduled my own appointment. After that, I received a confirmation email and I think the day before my appointment I received a text message reminding me of my appointment time. It was my first time getting a Brazilian and Edna made me feel very comfortable. I've gotten bikini waxes before with soft wax and they hurt a whole lot more than the hard wax that Edna uses! This place is very small and is tucked away in a tiny plaza. Edna shares the building with other small business owners so it's just a single room with a table and a pillow for you to lie on. She makes sure to talk to you throughout the entire process and lets you know which part you need to BREATHE through. I was in and out within 20 minutes! She took her time, was very professional and friendly. I noticed on the website that FIRST time customers can get a Brazilian for only $20 which is a great deal. It's not valid with Groupon deal btw! But nonetheless, still a great deal and I will be recommending my friends to come here. BrOzillians cost a bit higher and I'm not sure how much it is. Edna is definitely my go-to for eyebrow waxing! First of all, she's really going quick and efficient with what she does. I have been going to her since last year, and even though she's about a 20 minute drive from me, I still go to her because she's the only one I trust with my brows. She actually makes sure that your brows are what you want it to look like and she'll even give you tips! It's not intimidating to be at her space because its so welcoming and cozy. I have never received such amazing service! I have been a dedicated full body waxer for about a year and I have been to five different estheticians across a span of about 10 waxes. I have been to the Pretty Kitty who just has fast waxers, which made the experience pretty painful and was just about the most expensive place I went to. Paid over $200 for a full body wax. I have also been to the Bodywaxing Studio, and the first wax I had there was more comfortable, and happy with the prices, but whoever I was with missed a lot of spots. But then I met Edna. LOVED HER! During my first wax with her I noticed her methods were much cleaner, more gentle, and more caring than any other place I have been to. She was so anal about missed spots and gave me the best advice to prevent ingrowns and irritation. I made sure that I was scheduled with her only. I noticed that with her help, my hair growth cycle was under control and my hairlessness lasted longer periods of time. When she left, the Bodywaxing Studio didn't tell me and scheduled me with someone who gave me such a painful experience. I had so many ingrowns and irritation afterwards, and I missed Edna. Four weeks later, I am at the Naked Peach with wonderful Edna again, and satisfied with everything. Her prices are more than reasonable and her new place is so beautiful and welcoming.
