She has such a sweet and calm demeanor (which I need for getting waxing services) even when I'm running late...she is still really nice, never condescending or treats me any differently which I'm grateful for! Jessica is awesome! Made my appointment as a new client to get my brows waxed after she was caught up with her current clients. I had to change my appointment due to my work schedule changing and she was totally accommodating and was able to change it for me with short notice! Well I wasn't done throwing her curve balls... on my way to my appointment I drove to the wrong location... I arrived pretty early and texted her letting her know and was going to look around Trader Joe's which made her realize I was at the wrong one. Nooo!
