I am in the market for a new recliner, not a big fan of shopping in person and especially not of high pressure sales tactics, so I generally take advantage of the research online. This being said, I had seen multiple commercials advertising a "moving sale". I highly doubt they were moving but thought it might signal good prices and open the door for negotiations. I am one of those people who refuse to pay full price unless absolutely necessary. So, I got on their website and looked at a few recliners. I then sent an email inquiring about the quality of the leather. I also asked what the cash price was for it. This was on July 30th; I NEVER received any response and the email did not "bounce back". It is obvious to me that they do not want to do any legwork to sell anything. Very disappointed because I really wanted a new chair. After checking other Suffs reviews, I will be shocked if I ever hear back from anybody. Sad, somebody could have made a nice sale as I was looking at both a Stickley rocker and Lazy Boy recliner.

I was brave and ordered a cream couch and I absolutely love it. Three days after I got the couch, my youngest wrote on it with a dry erase marker. I washed the cushion cover and the marker was gone!! I couldn't believe it. Second, I want to talk about the design services. Kellie came in and gave me a plan for my room. She helped me pick out chairs and an ottoman that go with my couch. She helped me devise a long term plan for the space that I can do over time to end up with a room that I will love and fits the needs of my family. I am not good at picking out furniture or designing a room and the fact that this came with my furniture purchase at no extra charge was fantastic. I am already looking forward to having Norwalk come back out and help me with my next room. I highly recommend Norwalk. The customer service and quality of the furniture cannot be beat!

Ms. Hannah and the staff there are just genuinely good people. They're very knowledgeable about what they have in the store, but more importantly they're welcoming and helpful without ever being pushy. You can tell they really enjoy what they do and take pride in the shop. One of the best things about this place is the inventory. It's incredibly diverse and always changing. Every time I look at their social media or stop in, there's something new. It makes it hard not to keep coming back just to see what treasures have shown up since the last visit. Everything is well curated and displayed in a way that makes it easy and fun to browse. You can wander around for a long time and keep spotting things you didn't notice the first pass.
