They then replaced them for me, in spite of the fact that it was drizzling rain. One of the terminals was terribly corroded and had fused to the cable. It was in a very difficult location to work on. They used a spray lubricant, and worked on it quite a while, got the cable off, and completely cleaned the cable connector so that it would attach to the new battery. I am so thankful I went there; I would have had great difficulty trying to do what they did myself, and the young man cheerful the entire time. Five stars for sure!

When my roommate went to work on my car this morning, my car refused to start. We originally went to AutoZone to get the battery tested and their machine was down. Luckily O'Reilly's was across the street. Jakori was able to help us and he quickly found out the problem was the battery, not the starter. So he was able to find us a battery for my car.
