I shop at this store routinely to keep my fleet rolling safely. I'm generally satisfied, but simply prefer the store across the street for some subjective reason. Today we ordered brake shoes, to arrive by 3PM. My go-to store couldn't have them until tomorrow. Got them! Sat down to install them--no new hardware included! I do realize that drum brakes are old school, but even in modern times who on earth sells brake shoes without the hardware kit!? Advance Auto Parts does. Nobody in their right mind would put forth the effort to replace brake shoes without replacing the springs. The springs pull the shoes away from the drum when not in use. Kind of a big deal. Their customer service is great, but their offerings are deficient. They don't have the hardware kit available today or tomorrow. Neither does the other stores in this area..unless you buy the shoes with the hardware included. So guess who replaces drum brakes without replacing the springs? It is late, so the answer is this guy...unfortunately. I guess I'm not in my right mind :). Three stars for me because they contributed to putting me in the position. Check the contents closely or you may wind up on jack stands for a few days (or you might be forced to roll the dice, like me).

Very, very impressed! I went in to have them look at the battery in my truck. Given that I have…read moretwo, they tested both, found them both to be bad (they were over 6 years old). They then replaced them for me, in spite of the fact that it was drizzling rain. One of the terminals was terribly corroded and had fused to the cable. It was in a very difficult location to work on. They used a spray lubricant, and worked on it quite a while, got the cable off, and completely cleaned the cable connector so that it would attach to the new battery. I am so thankful I went there; I would have had great difficulty trying to do what they did myself, and the young man cheerful the entire time. Five stars for sure!

I called Audi Huntsville after visiting Audi Nashville. I had a q3 to trade and had a car in mind but Nashville didn't want to negotiate too much on the price. Huntsville is a haul from Franklin TN where we live, but we came and picked up the car. Mark, the finance manager sat down with us and we had paperwork signed in less than 20 minutes. I know quite a bit about leasing cars and how the money side works, these guys don't put up smoke and mirrors, very straight forward. If you want a great deal on a new Audi, give Eric a call. Buying the vehicle was smooth -- but the service department is an absolute nightmare. I recently…read morehad a cracked windshield and called to see if our extended warranty covered it. I spoke with someone in service who said yes, he'd start the claim and call me back. He did call back once to get details about the crack, but after that, I never heard another word. I waited several days with no update and had to call back myself. The next person told me there was no record of my call, didn't know who I spoke to, and said they'd figure it out and call me back. No one did. When I called again, I was told no one had ever spoken to me and that the dealership doesn't handle windshield claims -- that I'd have to call the warranty company myself. When I did, the warranty company immediately confirmed a man named Jeff at the dealership had in fact started the claim. So not only did someone at the dealership speak to me, they lied and denied it. I then asked to speak with the manager to address how poorly this was handled. I was told he was out and that he'd call me back. That was September 14th. It's now weeks later -- and no one has ever called me. The complete lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable. If you ever need service here, document every name, time, and call -- because clearly, they won't. Sales may be fine, but once you're in the door for service, it's a completely different story. This is not how a dealership should treat customers.

When I picked up the car I noticed that several fasteners were missing around the the radiator. When I pointed it out, the mechanic claimed that they were missing before he started. The car had never been worked on in this area and I would have noticed before. I believe that they were left out due to poor part alignment because the holes no longer line up. Just a very disappointing experience.
