The first issue is that there is no map of where anything is in the store, and if you can't find a person to assist you, you could walk around aimlessly for ages before finding what you are looking for. Not at all great for people who are in a hurry or people who have difficulty walking around. Super frustrating! The second issue is the parking lot with ridiculously narrow parking spaces. Considering how many gigantic trucks are in this town, getting in and out of your car can be a nightmare unless you park far from the building...again adding a ton more walking to the shopping visit. The third issue is that there are very few places to return carts. For some reason the ones that are there can only be entered from one side. This adds, again, a ton more walking to walk around possibly several rows of cars to return the cart. So bizarre. I can't imagine anyone taking the time to return especially in the winter, ice adding to this difficulty potentially. There are easy fixes for these issues. Please consider them!

I don't need any more reusable bags, I have too many and I'm not interested in advertising for Walmart. I just wanted a basic 25 cent bag. and as I saw many many people just grabbing these 25 cent bags I thought they were available for purchase. I asked one of the employees for a bag and was summarily told I coups not buy one, which seemed odd to me because everyone was buying them. Is this discrimination, kind of looks at that way. If everyone I saw buying these less expensive bags were not necessarily delivery people, seems like an inconsistent policy. Not interested in returning again.

I don't expect this comment to go anywhere, as the customer service manager is Punjabi, and obviously the whole store is just them now.

You will find here Bestbuy, London Drugs, Hudson Bay, Shoppers and etc. The mall is quite big and let's just say they have a good selection of stores here. It is an indoor mall with plenty of free parking. They also have a pretty big food court.

This is the best Home Depot I have ever been into. We are doing a renovation so we were literally…read morein there every day for ten days straight. The service did not change. It was exceptional everytime we walked in that door and we were in gardening, plumbing, tiles, lumber.... dealt with many different departments and all the staff was outstanding. And unlike Vancouver (where I am from), here you walk in the door and someone greets you, people were always asking if they could help us find something. And they always had everything we needed.
