There's a wrinkly ass white woman with blonde hair and glasses that takes the cake as worst employee I've ever seen. She let an employee who was off the clock cut the entire long lin so she could return clothes. That was the only time the old white women ever went to a register - to help an employee instead of a customer. She just sat on her phone while everyone else worked. I told the cashier I only needed a paper bag, and she rudely and repeatedly told me they didn't have any paper bags. I asked again how, in a store as big as that, they didn't have a single paper bag. Her response was, rudely, no, no, no. The cashier or manager at the next register, register #5, just looked at me mockingly. They have no idea what customer service means.

My tween niece picked out two lovely dresses for herself. I then received a 25% off coupon in the mall. As a passport member, you get points and coupons for discounts. Membership is free. I bought three cotton twin sets for work and a few other items. The fabrics are thin compared to other brands I frequent. Time will tell, but the designs and colors are fantastic as are the prices. Excellent customer service too. They offer men's, women's, and boy and girl options. If you're looking for a new preppy but fun wardrobe that doesn't break the bank, check them out.

They even have inflated helium balloons For birthdays! I went to a dollar store about 10 minutes away before I found this one and the balloons were freaking $3.50 like what!?
