Today, two individuals went "Over & Above" for us: Golden in the frozen seafood section searched and found a box of halibut and Devin (forklift driver) located and brought-down a pallet of habanero peppers. Absolutely terrible truck rental. Do NOT USE. Went to Home Depot day before to select and reserve…read morecargo van. The next morning went to finalize rental and scanned drivers license for rental. Spent 3 hours trying to get their system to accept my drivers license. Home Depot uses a company called CLEAR to verify/approve DL. No employee knew why it would not accept DL. After 3 hours I was told to call CLEAR their verification company, After an hour and a half trying to get an actual person at CLEAR on the phone, a CLEAR agent said, you have to have a "REAL ID" drivers license AND a smart phone to rent a truck or van from Home Depot!!!!. We went immediately to UHaul who rented us a van with no problem. Home Depot rental agents did not know any of this. HD hides these requirements until you are ready to pick up the van. And the employees Did NOT know.

Pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, lexan storage containers, pizza screens... you can set up your whole kitchen from here, and at far cheaper prices than trying to do it at Bed Bath & Beyond or the like. And everything is commercial quality. You can also find commercial fridges, freezers, fryers, meat slicers (much like the one's you see in a Lenny's though they have both smaller and larger sizes) and stand mixers large enough to fit several small children in. No, I'm not suggesting that you should put children in a stand mixer. But if you wanted to, and needed a stand mixer large enough - this is the place to get one. I can't seem to go there without finding more gadgets and bits and pieces I "need" - it's rare that i get away for less than $50. Be careful, you might become addicted too.

After narrowing down our choices, we contacted the Memphis store and were connected with Marsha Turner, a design consultant there. Marsha was incredibly helpful in pulling everything together. She helped us finalize the backsplash selection, recommended the pencil trim that perfectly complements the glass tile, and advised us on the best grout color so the glass tiles would really stand out. Her guidance made a difference in the finished result. Although we live near Little Rock, the Memphis store is our closest location since moving from California. This is actually the fourth home where we've purchased tile from Floor & Decor, and once again the process was smooth and easy. Delivery also went perfectly. The freight truck arrived with a lift gate, and the driver used a pallet jack to place the tile directly in our garage, which made unloading very easy.
