He still was rude and didn't really care the fellow behind the desk said would you like to talk to the groomer? I said no it was too late. They can't glue his hair back on . The previous groomer would always shear our dog right to the skin, telling us he was too matted. Turns out he just didn't want to spend the time, taking too many dogs at the same time. On the other hand he did have gum under his chin and he came home still with the gum under his chin. She said it was to close to the skin to have it removed. Understandable.
