A different car pulled up behind me right after I got to the window. When I reached the window, I received absolutely no acknowledgment. No greeting, no "we'll be right with you," nothing. The owner stepped out of the stand on my side, continued talking with the baristas, and still did not acknowledge my presence. She then walked past my car and took the order of the vehicle behind me, completely ignoring the customer already waiting at the window. For nearly six minutes, not one person--neither the owner nor the multiple baristas inside--said a single word to me or made any attempt to take my order. Instead, they began preparing the order for the car that had arrived after me while I continued to sit there with no service whatsoever. This level of disregard is unacceptable. When a stand is not busy and several employees are present, being ignored entirely--especially while someone who arrived later is served first--is beyond unprofessional. I left extremely disappointed and frustrated, and this experience has seriously made me reconsider returning

They give you an option to get the "toddy" or "hot shots" which are two kinds of bean/prep. Toddy is more flavorful so I'd pick that. As for food the Neato burrito is great and hockey pick with English muffin are good options. The former is like a black bean and rice burrito with sauce and the hockey puck is egg/cheese/sausage, with a slightly sweet English muffin. Also, good people run this joint.

It took another customer watching me struggle one-handed with baby in my other arm to ask if I needed help. I know it's not required, but it would be nice to be assisted by servers if they see you struggling.
