How they are fried / baked, the frosting / toppings they use, and texture are unmatched. Whenever I need donuts for an event or have the hankering for some on a Saturday morning this is always the spot. They make great large orders / custom shapes and designs for parties and special events. I cannot compare them to shops in Fresno / Clovis because I haven't had any recently but I would venture to say this place is much better in the QUALITY of the donut. 5 stars would recommend.

I showed him my phone screen, and he said, "I don't know what that means." I gave him my name again, and he said he had two orders with that name. After I gave him my full name again, he finally found my order. I brushed that off and went home, only to realize the order was incorrect. I had requested extra schmear on one of the bagels, but it had no schmear at all. Since I had already driven home, I decided it would be easier to return and have it corrected rather than call. When I got back, I told the employee at the front that my online order was missing the schmear on one of the bagels. She immediately directed me to the gentleman who prepared my order and said, "Can you help him out?" in a way that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. He asked what the issue was, so I repeated that the bagel was missing schmear. He reached behind him, grabbed a side of schmear, tossed it into a bag, and said, "Is that all?" There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Overall, it was an awful experience from start to finish. The order was wrong, and the attitude from the staff made the situation even worse.

We ordered via a kiosk and we picked up at the counter when everything was ready. I ordered the Oh! Chorizo! sandwich with an iced vanilla latte. It was late morning so, sadly, some of the bagel choices were no longer available but I somehow snagged the last sourdough bagel for my sandwich. These were not the thick & solid bagels I'm used to but, rather, thinner and more soft...and much more tasty! My sandwich contained two eggs, chorizo, bacon, hash browns, avocado, pepperjack cheese, and chipotle aioli. It was messy and incredibly delicious. I mean, look at those ingredients - how could it not be? I was also surprised at how good my iced vanilla latte was. Good vanilla flavor with an accompanying coffee buzz. If I lived in Fresno I'd be here at least once a week for breakfast.

It was placed in another area, and was wrapped so tightly, upon opening, it was quite mushy. It did need to get remade. The Meaty Cali and Strawberry Bagel with Strawberry Cream Cheese were great. Though it was following a lunch rush, there were many areas needing attention in the dining area such as dirty tables and seats, no napkins available, and no ice in the beverage machine. Again, I needed to go ask for items, and though there were 4+ employees behind the counter, with no other customers placing orders inside, there wasn't any employee proactively tending to the dining area with restocking or wiping tables. I love this place, for nostalgia reasons, flavors, and comfort. I hope the next time I visit, customer care and service is also extended to in house dining guests just as much as the to-go/pick up orders focus.

And because I'm a bagel fanatic I asked them to add cream cheese to the sandwich. It was a revelatory experience. I came back as soon as I could to get it again. The crispy bacon, the fresh veggies, the cheese and condiments - they all meld into a beautiful sandwich that really does feel like the epitome of a BLT. Their bagels are good, I have nothing bad to say about their donuts or anything else, the service is good and quick, and the #15 sandwich is one of my favorite ever. I will pass on the burritos though lol, they're not the best.

They were only taking pre-orders from March 13th to March 17th for the Green bagels. On the St Patty's Day I went to Uncle Harry's bagels early before work to pick up the bagels. However my order was not there much to my surprise. I informed them I spoke to one of their staff over the phone on Friday and place the order via phone. They they assured me everything will be fine and they gave me a one dozen green bagels and apologize for the error. They promptly resolve the issue to the customer the same day. I ordered a cake for my birthday and was able to pick it up the morning of the next day. It came with candles, matches, and a cake spatula that you can cut and serve the cake with. I got the cappuccino cake that looks like a cup of cappuccino. The inside was coffee flavored and it was so soft and fluffy. The cream also had coffee flavored and it was absolute heaven in my mouth. It had a caramel top over a white chocolate layer and it also had a chocolate handle, 3 coffee bean shaped chocolates on top, and a couple of chocolate sticks next to the chocolate logo of the bakery. They even wrote Happy Birthday in chocolate on the board the cake was on. The packaging was neat and compact so it didn't take too much space in the fridge and still kept the cake in perfect condition. I always order my birthday cakes from here every year because it's the only bakery that gets the texture of a whole cake actually right. Not dense and heavy, but light and airy and not too sweet.

As for the service it was alright overall. The store was very busy and there were only two tellers working but they were pretty fast and I was able to check out at a quick pace. The ambience was nothing crazy to talk about and it just looks like a standard small bakery with some seating. Typically when I have an experience like this I choose not to return. My friends have invited me back since then but after that first experience I just do not have any interest in going back.
