7/12/25 Getting breakfast for tomorrow. Arrived, small wait and greeted. They have a large variety of DELICIOUS donuts! I ended up getting 2 of the cat donuts and a Cronut for dinner tomorrow. We had donuts from here at an event and the donuts were pretty good. They weren't too greasy and there were many options as well. We thought that the chocolate chips on the chocolate cake was a little much chocolate but it was still pretty good overall. The donuts were fresh and soft as well, though some of the donuts could have used a little more glaze. read more

This place is great; the doughnuts are really good and there is always a variety. I take my granddaughter each time I have her to get her character doughnut. (The only draw back is there are homeless people hanging around on the stools outside and they scare her and beg for money.) read more

Nice little donut shop with good customer service and a good variety. We came for a donut and hot cocoa. Nice surprise to see that they have fruit smoothies with boba too. We got the hot cocoa and a mango smoothie with boba. Cocoa was nice and hot but a little too sweet. The smoothie was delicious. The donuts were pretty good. Good, fresh but more on the expensive side. I come here at least once a month to get a box of donuts and it does not disappoint. Great flavors and freshness at the crack of morning like they should be. It is a bit expensive but it's no problem since they are yummy. In Selma there's not much to offer in bakery other than your usual Mexican sweet bread that gets annoying after a while and have to switch it up. Place is run by Asians and that's good they're always up on their baking game. I rate this place 4.0 for taste and service. read more

We were on a long early-morning run up the 99, and needed some coffee. Spotted Ann's on Yelp, and dropped in. Friendly, smiling ladies served us fresh coffee and delicious fritters...finding good donuts is getting to be more and more of a challenge these days, so this was a pleasant surprise. Came in this morning from Fresno to buy carnitas across the street and I happen to stop here and was very happy because they had CRONUTS (croissant & donut) my first time trying a cronut was at Liv's donuts in Clovis and Anne's is the winner It's toasty on the outside very soft on the inside and even though it's glazed it's not super sweet it's perfect!
