If you're not familiar with a spray tan, here is the skinny: You go into a secluded room, get undressed or wear a bathing suit. If you wear a bathing suit, do be sure to wear a dark one, or one that wthe spray won't stain. There is also a special kind of lotion to put on your hands and feet, or any other areas that you don't want the spray to adhere to. Then you wait for the lady walk in a spray you down. It's pretty quick and simple. To make the "tan" last longer, exfoliate your skin well the morning before your spray. Also, if the first spray doesn't look dark enough, tell them to spray another coat, I usually ask for an extra layer on my legs. I've had spray tans at a few other places and they have been orangish in color, not here. The tone has been perfectly tan each time.

When the stylist called me to confirm the appointment, she requested several times that I pay fully in cash, which just seemed a little weird and it was off-putting that she was so pushy about that. 2. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment, was told it would start 5 minutes late, then it actually started 20 minutes late. 3. The stylist seemed very rushed and was kind of cold. The only time she talked to me other than giving me instructions was to badmouth another employee (which she spent several minutes doing). Although the haircut was good, I doubt I'll return due to how unprofessional the stylist was.

It soaks into my pores and leaves weird dots, can run, and is never precise or long lasting. This is the absolute opposite at Sunjunkie. Ashley is personable, fun, and never makes you feel weird (even when you are standing there with nothing on!) She makes the experience easy and is very professional. she customizes your tan by applying it herself with what I can best describe as a giant airbrush. She contours your body and makes sure it is perfect, and even dries you herself. her instructions for upkeep are clear and my tan always lasts at least a week, if not more. I can not recommend Ashley highly enough, and er prices really beat out those other chains who don't have such a personal and customized experience. I get tans for events generally, but since going to Ashely I got them more often just because it was worth it and the price was low enough to where I could do that just to help me feel better about the skin I am in!

And the girl turned around super rude and said not or fault or proble. I recorded the whole conversation and send a copy to BBB and corporate. Ms. S. Cummins was very unapologetic and just rude. Never experience that customer service befor. Even her co-worker was super kind and friendly.
