Leslie is a gracious, chatty person who puts you immediately at ease. No small feat when the subject is ripping your hair out by the roots. She is careful and keeps me talking, laughing and sufficiently distracted so our time together goes quickly and smoothly. The hairdressers at the salon do a brisk business, but I've not had the opportunity to patronize them. It is hypnotic watching them at their craft though.
