Back in 2017, I kept up with my extensions for several months and loved how they looked! However, it became difficult to keep up with refills, and I found it stressful when my lashes would start to fall out, and my lashes had gaps and looked sparse. Fast-forward to 2024--I decided to get extensions again for a trip to Europe, and wow, I realized how much I missed them! They're honestly easier than mascara and saved me time getting ready in the morning. I love how they make me look more awake and put together. If I could have these lashes permanently, I'd probably spend a small fortune! This time, I'm planning to stay consistent with my fills and see how long I can keep them up. I've been going to Mia here for the past two months, and she does an amazing job with my classic lashes! The price is reasonable, and there's always parking, although the lot can feel a bit sketchy sometimes. Just park close to the entrance, and you'll be fine.

During the same visit, I also received lip blush treatment and made it very clear that I did not want a subtle or overly natural result -- I specifically requested a bold, more defined look. Unfortunately, within one week, both my brows and lips appeared as though no procedure had been performed at all. I have since shared photos with multiple permanent makeup artists, all of whom expressed surprise at the lack of visible results. I do not believe I should be required to spend additional money to have another artist correct work that did not produce the agreed-upon outcome. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this permanent makeup artist.

I called asking for a walk-in appointment (thankful they took me in) and asked for manga style lashes. They didn't know what it was (most popular lash style these days) but I just decided to try anyways since it was local. So I walk in, pick my lash style, and lay down on the bed. First of all, they don't wear any standard clothes, the lash tech was wearing see-through loungewear. The places I go to usually wear scrubs or something clean. I lay down on the bed, no casual conversation, just seemed like she wanted to finish quickly. The lady proceeds to put the eye mask to tape down my lower lashes, but she did it too close to my eye and now I've had an irritated right eye for 2 days. The worst part of this was hygiene. Even while wearing a mask, her bad breath was seeping through it. If you're gonna be that close to someone's face for a period of time, you have to have good breath. But no, this lady was breathing out her hot stinky breath onto my face and I got pink eye. Maybe I should've told her to brush her teeth or chew gum but I didn't want to be rude. Another mention, the lady was actively burping in my face, and for her loud burps she would move her body a little but still burped extremely inappropriately. I felt like a fish out of water trying to breath every time she moved away. I heard some cutting sounds and tugging at my natural lashes, and couldn't help but fear that she was cutting my natural lashes. I asked her, "what is that cutting sound" but she denied and said if needed, she only cuts one or two lashes. I heard the cutting sound at least 7 times. All being said, I will never come back here. Hygiene and service are both terrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here unless you want to get pink irritated eyes and lashes that don't last. It's been two days and they're already falling apart.
