Every treatment we experienced was excellent. The massage was fantastic, and I even had my first facial. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it ended up being far more relaxing than I imagined, and I left feeling refreshed. We also spent time in the salt cave, which was a unique and beautiful experience. It's clear they put a great deal of thought into the design and the small details throughout the spa. Between treatments, we enjoyed several of the amenities, including the steam room and the gorgeous relaxation lounge. It's an inviting space where you can unwind, read a book, have a conversation, or enjoy complimentary tea and light snacks. There's also a café on-site, and one of the best parts is that you don't even have to change out of your robe to enjoy it. The food was surprisingly good as well. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely understood what great customer service looks like. We also stayed overnight in one of the on-site rooms, which was spacious, comfortable, and a perfect complement to the spa experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. It exceeded our expectations in every way.

I'm giving it four stars because while everything was nice and the people were friendly it was recorded for the holiday with blue line flags and support the cops signs all over the entrance and in the check in room. It wasn't a welcoming environment for someone new to the area and certainly signaled values before you even get through the doors. I wouldn't feel comfortable sending someone here on my recommendation. Maybe the vibe is different when it isn't the holiday season but wanted to share the feedback for folks who wouldn't be comfortable!
