We were here on vacation and Taylor got me in quickly due to a cancellation. I'd gone on a biting stint and so I had hardly anything there to work with. Usually there's a 50/50 chance I'll get what I ask for at most salons but she knew immediately. Fair price and beautiful work. There's not one thing I don't love. Super pleased. So much went wrong with this experience and I sadly would never come back or recommend...I split my time between blue ridge area and my permanent residence. i was looking to find a place to get my nails done while in town. I messaged the nail loft through FB, but received no response. No biggy, I decided to just stop by (a Wednesday). I spoke with the lady at the desk, and asked if they did dip powder and if they could do a square French mani/pedi. I showed her my nails and a picture of what I usually get. The girl said yes and scheduled me for two days later (Friday). When I came to my appt, she (same girl from the day I made my appt) started on my pedicure and put my fingers in acetone bowl. She then told me that they couldn't do dip powder. I was clear at the time I made the appt that I wanted dip powder. I ended up doing the gel polish (which I wasn't happy about as I don't like the use of the UV light) as she had already started my service. To make it even worse, it was seriously the worst mani/pedi I have ever had, my nails were misshaped and uneven, nothing like what I showed her. I came home and had to reshape them to even them out. I don't know if she's new, but she needs WAY more practice before charging clients. The only positive was that the ladies overall were nice. read more

I'm visiting family in the area and needed to get my nails done. The salon is very clean and super cute! I love the decor. The throne pedicure chairs are gorgeous! I would highly recommend coming here. They have a million different colors to choose from. Emilee did my nails was very friendly and sweet. She did an amazing job and was very detail oriented. I had the dip powder mani and it looks amazing! If I lived here I would definitely make this my go to salon! read more

Called this morning to make an appointment since my nails are in dire need and I couldn't find any good places where I was staying. I had to drive some ways here and unfortunately kept getting caught on one lane roads with insanely slow drivers. I called saying I would be 10 minutes late and it ended up being 15. Once I arrived and was about to walk in, someone called saying since it was 10 and not 15, they can not take me. Just a 5 minute difference of being late is unheard of. I understand I was late, but I gave plenty of time to get here and when there are constant one lane roads I can't cut people off to make a nail appointment. Pretty upset since I did drive here and the person said being a little late was fine. Never dealt with a establishment like this. read more

I was a frantic walk in client. I had just come from another salon where unspeakable atrocities had been committed on my nails. I brought these ladies nails that had been sanded paper thin, cut several different shapes and lengths, and polished poorly. I was contemplating just cutting the nails super short and starting over. The kind women here assured me that all traces of the two previous horrific hours could be eradicated. They did not fail me. They could have told me that they did not have time to deal with my problems. It was towards the end of the day, and I was not, after all, one of their "regulars". But, they took pity on me and my unsightly hands. They both had clients in their chairs, but they did not turn me away. They each worked on me when they had a little time to spare, until my nails could be held high and admired. I will never forget the kindness shown by these good samaritans.
