Upon arrival, I was told my hair type was not really suitable for what I wanted and next time I needed to come in with my hair blow dried if I wanted anything done. She then did an up-do she thought was suitable. It was extremely messy, and I was a kid at the time and extremely discouraged that I didn't have the "right hair". It has been many years since this experience, and I hope this salon has kinder, more welcoming staff now. I unfortunately never recommend this salon anymore.

One thing I will say I have never been to any upper-class hair Studios however at first it struck me as strange that they stack clients instead of just booking you they kind of titrate and stack clients while my colour is processing. She has another appointment and I guess it leaves more money for the practitioner which is amazing. I don't know that any other place is doing this method I have only ever been to very basic walk-in hair salons so I don't know if this is customary but everything is very orderly and timed here if you arrive on time for your appointment, you will leave on time. Everything runs very smoothly. The staff here is wonderful and very detailed oriented. If you have any hair goals you can definitely get there. They definitely care about you and your hair hair. I will say it is definitely on the more expensive side but you absolutely get what you pay for and all of the products they use in the salon are amazing high-quality products that are good for your hair if you are looking for a salon to invest in yourself and your hair this is the place for you!! I don't know that I would go anywhere else for my hair! I always get her to style my hair too when I get it done I think I come every 6 to 8 weeks and it's worth it to have her style it as well. I look awesome for the next few days also I have given her such vague her instructions because I'm really not sure what I want and she completely nailed it every single time I have never been even a little bit disappointed.

When I arrived I checked in with the receptionist and told her who I was there to see. I was immediately seated, the stylist introduced herself immediately. I felt very comfortable, she washed my hair, even though I told her I had just washed, but I think washing is part of the policy. Afterwards, she gave a good blow dry, pressed me out and curled my hair. Overall , the experience was relaxing and comfortable. There were no ghetto people or crying children running around. It was a very professional experience. The one negative, I didn't really care for how my hair was styled, but maybe I didn't really explain clearly what I wanted.
