From the moment I met her, she made me feel so comfortable and completely taken care of. I have seen her for Dysport and RF Microneedling (twice). She explains everything clearly, answers every question, gives you clear written after care instructions and you can just tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their results. What I appreciate most is how much she prioritizes safety. I've had to rebook appointments more than once, because I still had remnants of spray tan on my face and another time because of my tretinoin use. At the time it felt like a bummer, but it showed me how much she truly puts her patients first and will never cut corners. That level of integrity is rare and so appreciated. I trust her completely with my skin, I love my results afterwards and just highly recommend Katie. I also want to add an additional note about the sweet girls who also do my check-in/out. They told me I needed to do builder gel. I'm allergic to gel on my nails and told them I couldn't do that and I've never had issues before. This went on 1 additional time. Fast forward to today. I got my nails done on a Wednesday. The following Sunday 2 were broken and by Monday 3 were broken. Unfortunately I'm on vacation and out of town unable to come in. Because I can't come in right away, they refused to handle it and told me I would have to pay for a whole new set and they can give me 10% off. I said it's 3 nails, it should at least be 30%. She said no she couldn't do that. Unfortunately after going round and round I've decided to take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other nail salons in north county. Patty is so sweet and knowledgeable, and I always look forward to my monthly facial with her. She knows my skin and keeps track of things she has tried and what I like. She never pushes any products unless I ask her about something first. When I first met her she offered for me to bring the products I was using so she could look at the ingredients, and tell me if there was anything that might not be good for my skin type. My skin has definitely improved since i started seeing her, and it always looks amazing after a visit. She uses Yonka products mostly, but sometimes a few others. I don't want anything invasive and have sensitive skin, so I have been sticking to dermaplaning and microderm during my visits. I will sometimes tell her which I prefer that day, or she'll tell me which one she thinks would be better for that session. She not only works on your face but also gives you a quick shoulder, arm and hand massage. Her prices are very reasonable, especially compared to some other places, and each session lasts around an hour. She's the only one that is in her suite, and it's just her, so it's quiet and relaxing with no other people talking or making noise. I've referred multiple people to her and they are always happy. I can't recommend her enough!
