I would go back to her in a heartbeat. The spa itself is beautiful and clean, and the entire staff is kind and attentive. I'm giving four stars only because I've tried fillers twice and, unfortunately, didn't see the results I had hoped for relative to the cost. I'm not sure if my body simply metabolizes filler quickly, but I didn't feel the results justified the significant price tag. That said, I completely understand how difficult it is for clinicians to find that perfect balance... not doing too little, but also not overdoing it. I truly appreciate that they are trying to achieve a natural result while also making sure clients feel they received value. If I ever decide to try filler again, I would absolutely return to Holden Timeless and see Chelsea. For now, I'm going to save my money and perhaps revisit it down the road.

What I expected to be a routine cosmetic procedure unfortunately resulted in a much more difficult outcome for me (photos attached). Shortly after the treatment, leaky blisters formed, and about a week later they developed into scabs on the treated areas. When the scabs eventually came off, many areas appeared indented and concerning. During virtual follow-up consultations, I was told the healing process appeared to be normal. However, my skin continued to worsen, and I later sought care at an emergency room, where the injuries were documented as burns and I was referred for dermatologic follow-up. Avalon Laser offered additional treatment options, including a CO laser session or microneedling at their facility, and also suggested that I see a dermatologist in the Los Angeles area. I did undergo one CO laser session with Avalon Laser, but I ultimately decided not to continue treatment at the clinic because I no longer felt comfortable proceeding there. To their credit, the clinic checked in with me virtually on a regular basis and offered encouragement during the healing process. However, my recovery has been much longer and more challenging than I expected based on how my skin appeared. Since then, I have consulted with several specialists and undergone multiple treatments in an effort to improve my skin. The recovery process has been lengthy, painful, and uncertain. The clinic refunded the cost of the original treatment, which I appreciated, but it has not come close to covering the many additional medical visits, treatments, medications, and skincare products I have needed since then. The emotional impact has also been very difficult. For weeks I struggled to sleep and often cried at night. I became withdrawn and stopped seeing friends because I felt embarrassed about my appearance. What began as a simple cosmetic procedure has turned into a long and ongoing recovery. I attempted to pursue compensation through legal counsel and sent a demand letter, but I did not receive a response. I also followed up by email without success. I am sharing my personal experience so that others can be aware and carefully consider their options before undergoing treatment. Customer service at LaserAway is a joke…read more I purchased a Thermage package for nearly $3,000. Before making the purchase, I specifically asked what would happen if I couldn't tolerate the pain, since I had never experienced the treatment before. I was assured that if I completed less than 10% of the treatment, I would be eligible for a full refund. I ended up doing barely one pass and simply could not tolerate the pain. When I requested a refund, I was told they would not issue one because I had apparently been given "misinformation" by their own staff. So now I'm stuck with nearly $3,000 in credit for services I don't want or need. That is completely unacceptable. I ended up using some of the credit on Clear + Brilliant, which was essentially pointless for me, and Botox with injectors that were inexperienced and horrible. The biggest issue here is that I made a major purchase based on information their employee gave me, and when that information turned out to be wrong, LaserAway refused to take responsibility for it.

The only downside is they don't open on Saturday and Sunday so plan accordingly. I got a chemical peel which cost around $200. The procedure took about 30 minutes or less. Pain is 0.5 out of 10, not so much pain but more chemical irritation to eyes. You will get a fan to blow air which helps. You see results in about a week. My results were softer, smoother skin and smaller pores. Acne scarring texture issues were not fixed. For the IPL for cheeks only, cost is around $75. It takes about 15 minutes. It feels like zap of electricity current on your face, not so much pain but discomfort level 1/10. I only did one treatment and didn't see much results for this as my rosacea is still there. Suppose I need a second treatment to get better results. Plenty of parking and you can bring your dog! Love how this office is dog friendly! Kudos to refresh rx!
