She was very sweet, talkative, and attentive to what I want. She made me feel right at home. I may not come back again because this was just a temporary visit. I gave three stars because their products and hairdryer used on my hair made it rough and full of static. In addition, I wanted a one length trim but the length is uneven and clearly not one length at the back. It's also uneven on two sides. Hair grows and for $25 I'm not going to fret because I plan on going to my hairstylist soon anyway.

However, around 20 minutes into our appointment her family decided to come by. Again, no problem. However, they stayed the rest of my appointment in a small and cramped booth. I paid $155 for a professional service (I wanted platinum highlights) to be a third wheel and to have a distracted stylist. Presley kept moving my chair around so that her toddler niece would not bump into my legs. I felt as though my service was rushed. When I got home I looked at my roots and was unhappy with how they turned out. I messaged Presley and she said that they did not look like that at all but said I could come in Friday so that she could look at them. When I came in she said that they looked fine and she wasn't sure what I wanted her to do about it. I'm not a professional stylist so I'm not really sure what the option was either. That is why I pay to get my hair done. She said the only thing she could do is foil them differently next time. I also told her I was unhappy with how my appointment went because I felt as though my money and time were not respected. She told me that family comes first and that's just how it's going to be. She then tried to gaslit me by telling me that she "knows I just don't like kids." No I don't like paying a professional for a professional service and getting a distracted and rushed product. Later that evening, Presley told me it was best to not do business going forward due to "personal conflict" and removed me from her books and blocked me on all social media. My message asking for a refund went unanswered and my cashapp request for a refund was denied. The owner of this salon was extremely unhelpful. The first photo is of my hair Monday before my appointment with six weeks of growth. The second was an hour after my appointment. The last two were taken the next day.

I am new to the area and what a great way to find/test out lash techs. So after all is said and done I notice that my first application is good, I do love them but the glue used makes my eyelashes look crusty. Like I have eye goop/boogers stuck in my lash line. Yes I know not to apply an oil based mascara, but I had to to hide the "crust." The glue used is black, she showed me. I had been getting my lashes done in Florida and have never had this problem. I had great length and fullness that lasted a long time. I never had to apply mascara nor did I feel the "crusty" feeling I feel with these. My lashes always touched my eyewear after an application. I always received compliments on my lashes and I do not get that feeling of absolutely loving my lashes. The fill I received was quick as I only had 1 hour. I did not use the entire hour. When I got home to double check in detail I noticed a glob of glue holding 2-3 lashes together at the corner of my eye. I literally had to pull it out! I regret not taking a picture. The base of my lashes are crusty feeling and looking. I have not had any hair services so this does not reflect that aspect of the business.
