I will say exactly what said on the agencies Facebook page: I have worked closely with The Beauty Within for more than 7 months now and I have nothing but positive things to say about this truly wonderful agency. Over the summer I began as an Intern assisting Pamela with her open calls and reaching out to potential new faces interested in getting involved with this agency. I was also in charge of editing all the photographs of our new faces and was recently made the Managing Editor of our new magazine "StyleUp". The point is, I work very closely with Pamela on a weekly bases and accompany her to a majority of the events that pop up in this great industry. One of the reasons I came to this agency in the first place was because of the excessive amounts of good things I heard from people around town and online about this agency. I can confidently assert that after being with this agency for 7 months now that Pamela would never ever knowingly place any of her models in a potentially dangerous situation with anyone. The degree of professionalism, hard work, care, and thoughtfulness which Pamela gives to each and everyone in this agency is not only highly admirable but utterly touching. What I do find very interesting is that this agency is not the only business to have worked with Joe Harary, many different businesses within our industry have worked repeatedly with Joe Harary and without incident, so are we vilify every establishment that's ever worked with Joe? The unwarranted cyber bullying I have witnessed being directed at this agency is absolutely ridiculous. I believe I can speak on behalf of everyone in our agency as well as our incredibly loyal clients that Pamela is one of the few "good guys" in what can be an exhaustingly cut throat industry. What other agency in the state of Rhode Island has a reputation like The Beauty Within? What other agency in this area continues to place models in some of the most successful and prestigious agencies throughout the world? What other agency in this area has had the utter success that The Beauty Within has? The Beauty Within is an absolute gem for not only the industry it serves but the New England area as a whole. I am absolutely proud to be apart of this Agency which has and continues to better my life as well as the lives and blossoming careers of so many models and talent. The claims made by "John P" from Cranston RI are not only disgusting but completely false. His claims about the agency using "up the skirt" camera angles is absolutely ridiculous, and one must ask what is it Mr. John P is accusing Pamela of. Don't believe reviews from fake accounts on yelp and all the internet trolls out there looking to bash agencies after they have left or have not received work as a model. The modeling business is for hard workers who dedicate their time and energy to be professional at all times while remaining goal driven amongst sometimes a tough road of castings with no bookings. Top modeling agencies in Boston and in NYC look at your raw images as new models. There is no need to do fancy photo shoots unless you want to practice and improve your own modeling. Your agency will set you up with inexpensive shoots and test shoots to start you out. I've been a model for Pamela Masucci of TBW Models for 10 years now and my heart hurts hearing that someone dare spread bad rumors about a woman that is 100% there for every single one of her models. She is a mother of 2 beautiful young women and is a 2nd mom to me. She helped find my nitch market and developed me to become a professional model with representation with 2 top agencies!!! Through hard work, persistence and wonderful advice from Pam, I now already have a foot in the movie industry working towards achieving success in that field! I have had the opportunity to work with Pam Marsucci, owner of The Beauty Within Modeling Agency, many times in the last 6-8 years but more recently, we have worked together on several Fashion Shows, Bridal Shows, and Photoshoots .
