I had to ask multiple times to make sure that all surfaces are wiped and always was told that if I don't like something I can look for another company. The cherry on the top was this New Year eve when I was notified that my regular time is not available and they can come at 8 am or at 2 pm - none of those slots worked because it is a holiday. I ended up without service and with the notice that they will not come again. I seriously tired of endless schedule adjustments and poor quality- glad I got a new team to work with.

They were very through and detail oriented - asked questions about what I liked and what I need and what is important to me for cleaning and tidying. Set good expectations for deep clean and then they did such an awesome job! Got into nooks and crannies, corners, ledges, vacuumed fabric on couch and more. Deep clean was so good I signed up for a weekly cleaning and been doing that for a few weeks now. Rates are very competitive. They bring all the supplies. They are very communicative and reliable. But what really seals the deal for me is that they are so thorough and really get the grimy areas every time!
