Humane Society recommended Mountain View in Pendleton. They gave Zeena an xray, antibiotic, pain meds, plus anesthesia to work on him, and the visit fee, ALL for under $300! The same would have been over $900 at Electric City. It's nice to know there is a beautiful facility with caring people who don't take advantage of our deep affection for our fur babies! I went to this store five days apart and a deceased firefish goby was still sitting in a tank decomposing. Their marine water is all on the same system to, so the water quality of all the salt water fish were affected. If you go at all, go on the days that they get their fish and corals in so that you can get them before they get put into their water. The staff were very nice, but they are a little untrained which makes issues that arise with returns difficult. Everything worked out and I can tell that they are doing the best they can- things just need to improve drastically for the poor fish.
