They have machines they have selling cokes. They have bathrooms and they have a nice attendant here too. They also play Lo-Fi Music, while you wait. Our washer broke so I came here to do a load. Very clean and large facility with several washers and dryers. There are different load size washers from 2-12 loads I believe. The 2 load one cost me $3. I think the 12 load starts at $12.50. All the machines took coins or credit card. I brought my laptop to work while I was there and they offer free WiFi and had power outlets for me to plug my laptop in. They also offer wash and fold service too. This place is very clean, well lit and the 1 employee we interacted with was frienfriendly and helpful. Unfortunately the last time we had to use this facility because our washer broke we ran into problems. This happened on 11-5-2024. Went to use this facility Friday Nov. 1st and was disappointed. One of the $8.50 washers was leaking from the bottom, the 2 $11 washers we used didn't dispense the laundry soap to properly wash our clothes. When we got home to put up our clothes we noticed they weren't clean. We contacted the laundromat immediately thar night and we're told they'd leave a note for the manager to give us a call. We never got a call so my husband called this morning and had to give his information again for a manager to call us back. When the Margaret the manager called back she said she'd have to call the owners to ask them if they'd give us a refund. She called back and told us there would be no refund and when told about the leaking/faulty washer she stated it was the customers fault it was leaking. I told her their employee saw that the leak was at the bottom of the machine and not our fault. I asked for the owner information and she wouldn't give that information to me. I will be contacting the Secretary of State, BBB, and any other entity/agency to file complaints. These facilities may not regulated by government agencies yet but I'd rather warn other customers of their( Margaret and Big Clean owners) lack of customer service and audacity to blame customers for their inept ability to maintain and properly fix their inoperable machinery. My advice is to use laundry pods because you are unsure if the soap dispensers on the machines actually work and won't clean your clothes. Plus if you see machinery not working report it to them and report the facility if they won't fix the problem they created by not offering working equipment. Update to the update: One of the owner's contacted me on Friday Nov. 8th to discuss the issues I stated above. The owner was professional and our conversation was very productive. This laundromat is extremely modern, spacious, and very clean. The lady behind the counter was very helpful in guiding me to the right size washer and dryer for my king size comforter. She was wearing a mask and kept her distance. I used the largest washing machine they had, and it cost $10.50 to wash my comforter. The dryers are only $.50 for every eight minutes and they dry quickly. They take Apple Pay, Google pay, credit cards, debit cards, and quarters. I saw change machines, vending machines and supply machines there. The signage on the door said last load must be in machines by midnight. RESPONSE TO NIKKI M: When trying to debunk my initial review by claiming my review was "a bit far from the truth" you shouldn't corroborate every single issue I raised to then only make excuses for the problems I called out. My years in the military taught me that no one likes excuses because excuses are like a**holes, everyone has one & they all stink! Your $.75 upcharge on the 3 machines I used is not going to break my bank account but it might hurt the single parent with 2 or 3 children who frequents your laundromat. The bottom line is the hot water/soil scheme is shady & a bit scummy. I moved to RR from NYC so trust me I know scummy. However, when you walk into a NYC laundromat, the price on the machine is the price you pay... No more, No less. It may be more expensive overall but at least the establishment doesn't pick my pocket (another patron might, but not the people in management). You would not be happy if a blouse was labeled $20 but then you get to the register and they say that $29FYI, there are two types of machines installed in other laundromats: a bill breaker that can take a bigger bill & turn it into smaller bills (for example: take my $10 and give me $5 $1 $1 $1 $1 $1 bills) and the other is a change machine where I can change those smaller bills into quarters. This wouldn't have been an issue IF the connection to the machines wasn't so spotty when trying to use my credit card. The $1 for the loyalty card may be "virtually irrelevant" to you but it may mean a lot more to your clientele. Also, you are making a huge assumption (probably not a correct one) that a person who purchases a card will wind up washing their garments 13 times at your facility to claim their benefit. You are correct that my buddy gave me the wrong info. However, the underpinnings of my complaint are still valid because you HAVE CUT the drying time for each $.25 inserted into the dryer from 6 to 4 minutes. It is preposterous to state your company "put(s) the customer and their pocketbooks at the forefront of [your] minds." Do you know what would benefit your customer's pocketbooks and wallets greatly? FREE DRYERS like Round Rock Laundromat (your competitor) offer, EVERY weekday from 8:30a.m - 4 p.m., even if they are 20 degrees cooler than your dryers. Waiting for 1 or 2 extra drying cycles is not an issue even if the dryers there are 20 degrees cooler but still cost a grand total of...FREE!! Lastly, I live in Round Rock, three minutes from the laundromat and I see those hordes of transient bathroom destroyers around the area all the time, so I get it. But why did they suddenly appear at the bus stop? It is just a pole in the ground with a small metal route sign. It's not like other cities where there is a sheltered bus stop the "transients" may use as a shelter from the cold or rain. Regardless, I know what can probably stop those evil sink destroyers...AN ATTENDANT who is present from OPEN to CLOSE. You are welcome. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Don't rely on the prices of the washing machines when you first load your clothes. These machines are just like the scene in "Goodfellows", "Oh you want hot water instead of warm, well fu*k you, pay me"! "Are your clothes soiled? Well fu*k you, pay me". There is no attendant on duty too help with these problems or even to break big bills into smaller bills. Whatever denomination you put into the change machine, you will only get quarters back. I did not need 40 quarters but the smallest denomination the BofA ATM would give me is a $10 bill. I went to the ATM after all of the "connection lost" errors while using my credit card. I will be keeping an eye out on my bank statements to see if they charged me for those failed attempts. Maybe that is also part of their deceptive tactics. Furthermore, the small dryers are $.25 for 4 minutes when a friend of mine told me just two years ago it was $.25 for 8 mins. That's a huge cut in dryer time. I can understand with current inflation maybe a cut of a minute or two, but half?!?! Ouch! This experience wasn't all bad (actually it was) but there was some comic relief. While walking around waiting for my clothes to dry, I came across a sign suggesting that you should get a Big Clean Loyalty Card and you will never guess what the sign said...(or maybe you will)...Those loyalty cards will cost you $1! I come here because I feel like my clothes are washed well with their machines. However, when we first started going here several years ago it was a lot cleaner and soooo much cooler inside!! Nowadays unless you're standing directly under one of the fans you're going to be hot. I bring my young kids because I have no babysitters and they're so sweaty and rosie by the time we leave. Sometimes we run other errands while the clothes dry or just sit in the car with ac so we can all cool down. The bathroom isn't kept very clean or well stocked. I only see maybe one employee working on cleaning every time I have seen her working. The side door is always locked now so it's a pain in the butt when loading or unloading because you have to go all the way around. I thought all doors had to be unlocked during open hours. We asked why it's locked and they said because it's an emergency only door. That's not a logical explanation especially since during an emergency the EMTs parked by the side door and rushed to get inside only to encounter the locked door. I had to let them know that the door was always locked but the other door around the back is unlocked. If they cleaned more often, replaced the feet on all the chairs so they're not wobbly and screeching on the floor, put some shades on the windows AND cooled down the place it would be 5 stars!! read more

This laundromat will break all preconceived notions you may have of what a laundromat is like. About twice a month I bring all of our linens, towels, blankets, and washable rugs. What would normally take me ALL day (if not a day and a half) to do will only take about 3 hours. They open bright and early at 5 am and the space is modern and always clean. The machines range from a single load to a 10-load mega washer/dryer. I love stopping in and starting my wash then heading to the grocery store to shop. On my way home, I'll pop in and throw everything in the dryer and set the timer on my phone. I usually head home OR run other errands. When my timer goes off, I go and pick up everything. Some things to know: They have free wi-fi and wall TVs for entertainment. They have vending machines for both soap and fabric softener in case you forget yours. They have wheeled carts you can take to your car to pick up or drop off laundry. They have tables for you to fold your laundry at when you are done You never know who did laundry before you, so make sure to check the machines for mildew smells OR leftover clothes or dryer sheets. Not a great place to bring children, especially if they are young and have a lot of energy and like to run around. read more

Either the washing machines don't work well, or they're shorting the spin cycle to gouge people in the dryers because the clothes coming out of the washer are very wet. I never did get my comforter dry. The dryers also didn't seem very hot. I was already in for five dollars on that particular item at .50 cents for 6 minutes when I gave up. It should not take $20 to do a load of wash no matter how large it is. I used two large eight load washers to wash my bedding. Divided among the two, were two comforters, a mattress pad, a blanket, and a set of sheets and pillowcases. I used three regular size dryers. Each dryer was run for a minimum of four cycles at .50 cents on high heat and like I said, I couldn't get one of the covers completely dried at all. I ended up taking it home to my own dryer and running it another two hours. I brought these items to this laundromat because of their large size And the fact that my at home washer will not accommodate them I think it's an ethical to operate this way. I have the luxury of my own washer and dryer but the people in the Laundromat most likely don't have them at home and are reliant on this business. They did not seem like rich people to me so the quarters in the machines really add up to a lot of money for them. read more

I think they turned down the dryers to make more money. 45 minutes and my clothes are still wet. And the customers are jerks. They grab carts and hold onto them even when they're not using them so that when you need to get clothes out of a machine you have to carry them in your arms because they don't have enough carts. read more

I went there to get the "Wash, Dry, & Fold" service and I specifically asked the attendant if the clothes would be done the same day as I was leaving town first thing the following morning and needed the clothes to finish packing. She assured me that she would have them done by late afternoon/early evening and she would call me as soon as they are finished. I thanked her and gave her a cash tip, cuz she said that she would be the person doing my laundry. I called over there at 7:30 tonight to check on it as I had not heard from her. Another employee answered and told me that my clothes have not even been started!! I explained to her that the lady this morning promised to have them done today and that I specifically asked because if she told me that this morning then I would have brought them to another laundry mat to get them done or I could have made other arrangements or done them myself. She was kind of rude and just said "We don't offer same day service on the weekend". I asked if she could go ahead and start them and offered to pay her additional money, IN CASH, (I don't mind paying for good service) to get them as close to done as possible tonight so I maybe could pick them up on my way out of town in the morning. I just got the same "We don't do same day service on the weekend" and told me that I was welcome to come and pick my clothes up. REALLY?!? That is the only remedy for their employee promising something and then just not do ANYTHING to even TRY to fulfill that promise?!? WOW!!! Completely unacceptable and absolutely ridiculous. I have used this service several times since I've been here working since March, and have never had any complaints before. I guess that I am just an old dinosaur from the days that if you promise someone something, especially a paying customer, you FOLLOW THROUGH and FULFILL that promise. I guess those days, the ones where people accountable for their and their employees actions and promises, are long gone now. read more

The expiration date was not until 10/31 so kudos to the Big Clean for giving a coupon that was good for several months and not 30 days or I may have been out of luck. Facilities are very clean, there are a wide variety of sizes for washers, and if you use your debit card, it tracks how many washes you've done then gives you a free wash. Prices are reasonable; it likely would have been more expensive to do all of this laundry at home considering electric and water prices. There is always an attendant on site and the attendants have been friendly. And I liked doing all of my laundry at once with multiple machines and being done with it for the next 1-2 weeks. read more

My washer was on the fritz and went this palace. The place is very clean and there is a staff person on sight to keep it that way. I had 6 loads of laundry that included 2 large comforter's, the rest were small loads. I had come to use the washer and dryer to clean my 2 over size comforters. After a thorough wash in the washer I put them in the dryer and when they came out they had a mildew smell to them and I didn't bring them in smelling that way. I just moved back from Cali yesterday and needed to do laundry. I looked at the previous reviews and thought this place was a good bet. It's easy to find and very clean. There is ample parking. There are different sized machines for what you need. They are all clean. They all have credit card terminals on each machine along with change machines. There is a good selection of detergent. The place is kept clean by a friendly staff! The location is in a safe area if you're concerned about different types of clientele. I would say that the prices are competitive. My laundry just finished and is super clean and actually dry after 16 minutes. Total time spent here was under an hour for 3 loads. read more

Well, it's big and it's clean. I parked in the back lot and was able to get a machine really quickly. They have washing machines ranging from 2 loads - 10 loads. You don't have to get one of those laundromat cards here. You can pay directly with your credit card on each machine. The air conditioning was running at full force on this hot day, which was much appreciated. The wifi was easy to log into, but it was pretty spotty. Unfortunately there were some kids running around, screaming, and climbing in and out of the dryers without anyone saying a word (even the attendant). I guess you would be fine if you had headphones. read more

I have come to this place multiple times and never had any problems until now. I use the wash, dry and fold service sometimes when I have a lot of laundry and no time. Well this time I realized my favorite dress had come up missing from the laundry I sent. I am freaking out as this was a gift from my boyfriend.
