I've been trying to 'work' with this company since March 24 of this year. They came onsite, did some troubleshooting then just decided to ghost me. They respond to my questions with 'Larry said he will check on it today.' and 'I just text him that you are asking for an update' but they never follow through. How long does it take to get an update? It's been 1 month since their last message and there's been nothing since. Clearly this company needs to get serious about their customer service. I'm not going to continue chasing after these guys for service. Earlier this year they received several positive reviews, then there's a drop off. Someone recently left a similar review about them earlier this month, so perhaps this company is heading down a bad path. Often times when researching companies, I prefer to start with the negative reviews then move onto the positive ones. The negative reviews at times gives more useful information than a fluffy, positive review would. You can choose to roll the dice with these guys or go with a company that's responsive and true to their words. I've gone with another company. read more

Very good job on our simple 5Kw solar + 1 battery system. They came when they were scheduled to come, they worked clean and safe, and the system was finished and operational when they said it would be. They handled all permits (except our HOA, I took care of that) so very little effort on my part. I purchased my Enphase system, with the intent to srart with a geeat starter system, then add to it in phases after tax credit were received. They did not decline the job but made it very clear they did not do small systems, and poor communication, no shows, included initial cleanings and I asked for a paid cleaning. I got the system, they did great, I love enphase, but no follow up. I wanted to install a battery and get a service since my Gateway is no longer reporting and we can't get it working. I've had 4 psps this year, and production has fallen from 590 ish to 147, clear and sunny. We were ready to go on a whole house battery, but one of their owners became sick, nothing has progressed in the last 3 months, though she's back and other projects services are occurring. They say.if I get my panels cleaned, or serviced by someone else it will void my warranty. I now feel forced to find someone else. read more

More than just good work, they also navigated some sticky permit issues due to an overzealous inspector and delivered on all promised work. From the start, Desiree worked with us on the initial assessment and proposal. Their pricing was fair for the amount of work to be done and beat all of the larger players by a good margin. She walked us through payment and financing options and guided us to a plan that worked well for us. Mark handled the bulk of the installation with his team. In the hottest days of the summer they got it all up and ready with a great attitude and friendly demeanor. He was always happy to take time to explain what he was doing and how the technologies worked. Not only did he get the system up and running but the team went above and beyond to assist us with a roof leak issue discovered during the process which was not caused by them but they went as far as fixing it for us which they didn't have to do but it really showed the care they have for their clients. Larry (co-owner) finished up the work and was faced with a Rancho Mirage inspector who kept moving the goalposts on the requirements to complete the project. He explained to me what was going on and what he was going to do to resolve everything and it all ended up working out. I scheduled an appointment and received confirmation on two separate emails. I waited three hours for someone to show up and they never did. No phone calls no text and no email saying anything about not showing up. I called to leave a message and the mailbox was full. Installed a solar heater for my pool. They have been excellent to deal with. The office personel is friendly and efficient. They worked with me, the pool company and the HOA to get an approved design. Once the pool was in, they were on site within a week to install the system. The installers are professional and quality conscious. The installation went smoothly and the lead installer pointed out a couple of roof issues that I needed the builder to correct. Without him up there, I would never have known and would have had problems in the future. The cost of the system is slightly more than a gas heater, but will save thousands in the long run. On a sunny, 75 degree day, the return temperature from the solar heater was 103 degrees, with the pool water at 63. A 40 degree increase in temperature. Do not call anyone else! I had a problem with my solar reporting and usage. Desiree and Larry responded on Day 1, starting doing some testing off site before even asking for payment. They determined it required a site visit. Larry came on time, identified the problem and fixed it, explained it, cleaned it. He could have spent 4 hours and charged me and I wouldn't have known.
