My wife and I went to the Big Screen Store in Waldorf, Md. with just the intention of seeing what they had to offer. Prior to this, we purchased most of our electronic products at the big box stores like Best Buy. During our visit, we met Mike and Steve, two reps who couldn't have been nicer or more informative. They showed us around and answered any questions we had. We did leave and stop at Best Buy to compare prices. To make a long story short, we were back at the Big Screen Store the next day and purchased not only a tv, but a sound system, dvd player and cabinet. Their prices were as good if not better than any we found in our research and as I stated before, they couldn't have been more helpful. Additionally, they provided a better warranty. Before you purchase your next tv, do yourself a favor and stop in and see what is available. I don't believe you will be disappointed. Purchased an eighty five(85) inch TV and Fireplace from Big Screen Store first of August '21. On delivery, the personnel was tasked heavily with numerous deliveries for the day. Our drop off and setup had some challenges that were a concern and left us somewhat dissatisfied. i contacted the store with our concerns and was told they would address the issues. My wife was very disappointed and posted a review of the challenges. Practically immediately, store ownership contacted me that the concerns would be addressed and made satisfactory. Next day, all our concerns were addressed to our satisfaction. The Big Screen Store definitely stands in support of customer first and customer service. We are repeat customers to the Big Screen store , we purchased a 73 inch TV there as well as a huge entertainment center 10/12 Yrs ago so when we wanted to upgrade to an 85 in QLED smart tv we went back to the Big Screen store to talk to the experts , they are so helpful and so knowledge and we got exactly what we wanted including Bose sound bar , Bose speakers , sub woofer and a gorgeous more modern table type cabinet ! It all looks amazing and modern and the team that came to do the install was also polite , did great work hanging the TV , setting up my Blue ray player and DVR and got everything up and running on one remote not 3 ! I just wanted to say that this store in Waldorf, MD was a very good experience while shopping for aTV and sound system. Steve was our sales person. I just can't say enough good things about him. I called him many times before and after delivery and every single time I talked with him, he was upbeat, friendly and so personable! No matter what I called him about he seemed genuinely glad to be hearing from me, always found time to answer my questions or call me back immediately! When I called to ask if the store had tables to set my dvd player and one connect box on, he went online to check out some shelves and tables then called me the next day to tell me what he found. Mr. Adin was extremely knowledgeable of every television, sound system and all furniture in the store. After researching, visiting and comparing prices and at other electronic stores, we found that The Big Screen Store was what we wanted. I came to the big screen store because of their advertisement for tvs and furniture. I thought it was an expensive store so I never visited. When i came in i met Steven. He was such a great guy and loved the military. We talked about furniture, life, and good places to go eat. I think i sat in half the furniture in the store and he explained every piece of furniture in the store. He worked with me on the furniture i selected. This was my 1st time buying from the Big Store. I was really impressed I normally go to Best Buy and I did, but they didn't have what I wanted. I went down the street to Big Screen they had it at the warehouse said they can deliver in two day. I received a 4 year warranty and a sound bar. So in reality they beet Best Buy.
