Restaurant in a casino always worries me that it's a place where people that lost most of their money will eat at so the quality will be compromised. This place exceeds all my expectations... It's pretty loud in here at times. The place would be considered lively. New York Steak is killer good. 12oz steak with a vegetable medley and Mash Potatoes and gravy. The steak is very high grade (what what what?!) and the entire meal is $23.... Compare this to a combo at Wendy's for $16 lol. Steak here tends to overcook a level so ask for the level below. Juicy, great texture, excellent flavor, and grill lines! Sampler Has everything needed to satisfy all appetites! Wings are on the larger size, crispy, juicy in the inside, and well seasoned. Guacamole is fresh made and they fry their own chips which is unique. I always switch out the Jalapeño sticks with sweet potato fries or more mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks come with an excellent marinara sauce. The bread bowl is a full miss for me. There is probably three tablespoons of soup in it and the entire bread is about the size of a large muffin at Costco and so overpriced that Disneyland's is a much better value. The casino basically has 4 concept restaurant with their own kitchens but you can basically order from any of them and robots will drive them over to you or a server will go pick it up and bring it to you and put it on one tab. The current ones are Pho (Vietnamese), Sora (Sushi/sashimi/hand rolls), Luyixian (China/Taiwan inspired Chinese food), and here American grill. I ordered Sora's Nigiri set for $45 on one of visits and while the sushi was incredibly fresh it is really not worth it. Not enough sushi and too much filler like edamame. French fries here sometimes gets subbed with normal fries but they generally always have sweet potato fries, and some of best seasoned fries all around. Their fries as on is cheaper than Mcdonald's small fries. When you come in just find a table and sit down and someone will come to you with menus and such. Service here is incredibly good. Shout outs to Sarah, Iris, Victoria, Miguel, and Christian. You all make our visits like a mini vacation and we have such a great time. Never thought eating at a casino would be so much fun. I stayed at the Parkwest Bicycle Casino for three nights on a work trip to Southern California. The Bike Brewery provided entertainment and sustenance during my stay. Kristina was friendly, funny, and brilliant at tending bar. I played blackjack at the bar for over 3 hours and didn't lose, so that's a win. All the dealers were friendly too-don't forget to tip them! As for the food, I've tried the bread bowl chowder, the Philly cheese, and the pepperoni pizza and I'd have to say for bar food it was all good and reasonably priced. My room was very nice here too. I didn't play out on the main floor, it feels like a factory or like playing cards in a Costco where house. read more

AH-MAZ-ING bar food. The carne asada fries are so good, with huge chunks of meat and super crispy seasoned fries. Definitely a must. Their flat pizza is also soooo good. Literally inhaled it. So fast from their fire. I stayed at the hotel for 4 days and basically only ate at the bike brewery almost the whole stay. Their breakfast lunch and dinner does not disappoint. Super friendly service too. We had almost 20 people for every meal and they are so accommodating and kid friendly, which is why we kept coming back. Great cocktails too! Latina bartender is trash. Walked in at 12:00am and half the bar was full. We politely asked if we could sit on the other side and she said it was closed. When we asked if we could order drinks at the well, she rudely said "I'm busy, what do you want?" There was a male bartender who came up and apologized for her and took our order. When we asked for another round at 1:20am, she whispered to him "don't serve them anymore." And he awkwardly refused (I felt bad that he was put in that position). At 1:50am, there were at least 5 people sat on the "closed" side of the bar with a brand new beer that had just been poured. We tipped $30 for a total of 2 beers and a shot so that couldn't have been the issue. I have no idea what her problem was but it's bad for business. I'm sure she has regulars that generate some sales to "justify" keeping her on, but she's definitely not creating any new regulars this way. I'll never be back. read more

We came here for dinner on New Years' Eve to try their Tomahawk steak. My bf's mom kept talking about the special item and really wanted to try it, so she brought the whole fam to check it out. Even though we had a reservation, only half the restaurant was full. It seem a surprising for New Years Eve, but I guess everyone was focused on gambling instead. We were seated at a table made to seat four people comfortably, but they added a chair to fit us five, so table was a little crammed once food was out. For dinner, we shared the garlic fries and calamari as an appetizer since the steak took awhile to cook. Among three, we took on the Tomahawk steak with sides of mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Really generous portions all around and we had to take leftovers! Boyfriend had the ribeye steak and he also had some leftover to take home. It was a lot of food! If I find myself in the area, I wouldn't mind having a meal here again. read more

Decided to come in for a late dinner because this restaurant and brewery opens late every night. I really liked how they have remodeled this hotel and casino, everything is modern and chic. We were surprised at how crowded the bar was on a Thursday night then we realized it was the first baseball game of this season. The menu was quite extensive, most items was great bar food, I started with a beer taster, pale ale and IPAs are always my favorites, they were so tasty and strong. Hubby had a Grey Goose martini, I think because this is a casino so the cocktails aren't strong enough so hubby asked for a double martini to make it work. For food we had ahi tuna poke, spicy edamame and filet mignon with seasoned fries. Food was surprisingly flavorful and delicious, I really liked the tuna poke, hubby's steak was a decent cut too. The Creme brûlée was a very nice dessert to finish our late dinner, and I decided to have a double martini to go with it. Cool little spot. My fiance and I make it a point to eat here before we start gambling. Decent spot, nice atmosphere, chill environment, and they have daily specials. Came on a Monday and they have burger and beer night. The burgers are just A-OK but for the price it's pretty decent. Beers are $3 including a couple of craft beers. Score! Customer service needs a lot of improvement though. The service is kind of slow. Our food took awhile to get to our table. But other than that, we love coming back here because of the food. I just submitted a review of the casino's other restaurant, The Phoenix Cafe. I actually didn't eat there and came here instead. It was a Sunday evening and the restaurant was not very crowded. As soon as I looked at the menu, I was pleasantly surprised. The menu had many more items than The Phoenix Cafe. The prices for dishes were very reasonable. I ordered a chicken kabob plate and wondered what I would actually get. Surprise again. The chicken was tender and moist. The basmati rice was fluffy and moist. The pita was heated on the griddle. A nice touch. The side dressings topped it off. Again, the price was lower than I would expect to pay at a casual restaurant. Service was also excellent as was the staff through out the casino. Everyone was very friendly and happy to assist. This is not a Michelin Star restaurant but for what it is, it is an excellent value. I will go back and try the other dishes. read more

The drinks were delicious but not strong. We tried the Melina's martini and the patroon berries mojito. I enjoyed the martini but it wasn't very strong and I finished it almost as a shot. I've been to visit the Bike Brewery twice now...once for Taco Tuesday, once for brunch and I've enjoyed both visits. To start, the Taco Tuesday is awesome! The tacos are $2 each and are filled with a good portion of meat. In addition to the portion, the asada, chicken and al pastor are all marinated well. I liked the thickness and taste of the hand made tortillas also. They can stand their own without the meat if you were to just munch on tortillas by themselves. Along side the tacos I ordered the buffalo wings that were nicely sauced while maintaining it's crispy batter. While eating there's a live mariachi band that walks from table to table playing tunes. Lots of fun! The brunch is decent with both non and memorable selections. The items I really enjoyed were the chilled shrimp, shrimp ceviche, verde pork, and of course...the bacon. I tried as much as I could but found myself going back to these four items continuously. Football games were on every screen so you could grab yourself a brew and enjoy the games after munching. Or enjoy them while munching. Or both...your call. Besides Taco Tuesday and Sunday brunch, Bike Brewery has a special for each day of the week in addition to it's Happy Hour. Asked for a water & ordered food. They Never asked if I wanted a beer. Bar full of Dodgers fans for the playoff game and they have the tv on the wrong channel. They ignore me for the next 45 mins, even though they checked on the guy next to me. When I tried to wave them down, bartender looks away and runs to the other side of the bar. A few of the hotel employees recommended this place so I decided to try it out after a long day at the convention center. I was alone was immediately seated the waitress was quick and had a amazing attitude. She recommended the guacamole and few entrees one of them being the salmon with a side of rice pilaf and asparagus. Guacamole was amazing, the calamari was horrible soggy nothing good about it stay away. The main dish at first glance looked great so I started to eat away till I got Almost to the middle and realized it was not cooked. I sent back the waitress was apologetic it wasn't her fault she offered to remake but I honestly had lost my appetite. The dinner here is hit or miss. I've had great experiences, because they have a pretty affordable menu and the food is actually pretty great. But other times, it seems like the staff forgets we're there. Either they are busy fulfilling room service orders, or they are distracted with other customers, but we've definitely had our food sitting under heat lamps waiting to get to our table, and it affects the quality of the meal. However, I do love the brunch buffet on Sundays. There are plenty of options, and it leans toward Mexican food. There's menudo, a taco bar with fresh handmade tortillas, enchiladas. Then there are the regular breakfast favorites (omelet bar, bacon, sausage, etc) and some lunchtime options (salmon, mashed potatoes, chicken cordon bleu). The food is great, and for a few dollars more, you get 3 mimosas with your meal. The food overall is good, but I highly recommend the buffet brunch. read more
