Not with that condescending attitude! You don't make rude comments to a potential repeat new customer and think they're going to return for more snide comments. The plan worked great: got off the train at Beverly Shores, grabbed some snacks, rented some bikes. They even found us one with a basket to carry our supplies, and recommended a nice loop to the Century of Progress Houses nearby, which was easy to do in the way to the State Park. On the return, I screwed up and didn't allow enough time to get back to meet the train. I turned in my bike, but my son got to the train platform just as it was time to leave. I ended up leaving his bike on the platform and calling the store to come get it, and they covered for my bonehead move. In short, they went above and beyond what I expected. We had a great time, apart from having to rush back, but that was all my fault. Highly recommend.
