From the first phone conversation I knew that this would be a unique and supportive experience. When coming to my first appointment I met with Donna and she supplied me with all the materials, tips, and information on how to succeed on the HCG diet. She provided charts to help me track what I was eating, the foods that were acceptable all in a clear way where it was easy for me to calculate my daily intake and where I needed to be. She also took measurements so every week when I went back we could see exactly where I was. Donna also gave me her personal cell phone number and was accessible via text or phone call almost 24/7. She is what really made this program what it is. Without her support and guidance I'm not sure I could have done it. I did 2 shorter rounds of this program with great success. I was able to get from 247lbs down to 193lbs from July to November with a break in between of about 2 months. Their ipads records everything and it will transcribe every single minutia detail in your medical history including concerns or questions you have and will write things down without actually formally diagnosing you. Their lab test for hormones is not only inaccurate but they charge you "preferential cash" for it, when you can get your own full hormones panel at quest for $100+ less! My testosterone levels were imcredibly low and the doctor dismissed it as perimenopause without blinking. When I brought my results to an actual OBGYN, it took him 2 seconds to see the test was done incorrectly as the results showed the hormone levels of a DEAD person.... This can have serious consequences if you start things like testosterone / hormone therapy (when not even needed!) and will come back to bite when you are looking for life insurance and you will have to do unnecessary follow-ups to get coverage. Compassion and empathy are not the way of the practice - this is a pure factory money grab experience. Try the new baptist health primary care office for professionalism and association with an actual hospital instead of a place that pushes their tests, vitamins etc..

I am not joking when I say I was brought back to a room with a nurse at 3:35 PM. Not only did I have to wait for an hour to go back to the room but also there wasn't any provider ready to see me. The nurse basically asked me do you wanna see a doctor or a PA and then told me to wait even LONGER. At that point I walked out and left STILL sick and I still am sick as I'm writing this review. Lastly some rude white guy literally moved me off (no excuse me or anything) my chair in the waiting room so he can plug in an ad into their television for their weight loss injections and anytime I asked her a question the girl at the check in desk looked at me like she didn't care if I lived or died. Just truly AWFUL!!!!!! EDIT: man oh man I wish I read all the negative reviews this place has before I even made an appointment. I am now convinced that Rofe medical only cares about profit and sees their patients as another bill to the insurance. If this is the case then I would recommend that they switch their practice to a concierge practice and leave health care to the people who truly have a passion for it. This time on my first week, I have already lost seven. I highly recommend this program. For me, it has been the only program that has actually helped me to lose weight. This location is under new ownership. The new staff is just as good as the last. They are extremely supportive. It is so nice to have someone rooting with you when you lose weight. This support is what keeps me going and sticking with the diet. I only have one negative observation. The staff is always wearing masks that don't fit them and most of the times their nose is not covered. I am really attuned to this because my husband has pancreatic cancer and I don't want to get Covid-19 because if he gets it, it may be fatal.
