He squeezed me in When it should have been impossible but this guy and his team will do anything as long as he can manage it, and was one of the biggest stress relief sources during the sale of my home. Dumping like this up here can be difficult due to time, money, distance, hauling, my house isn't the easiest to get to for example and some places are only open Tuesday and Saturday until afternoon. I also don't live in the area which has its own challenges. You Call We Haul didn't get home until 1:30am this last time because they made sure the job was done, and even came back the next day and raked and cleaned up any broken glass and little bits. Both times the loads weren't straight forward, lots of broken glass, metal and hazardous stuff needed to be sorted apart. And put into an already full trailer, but this guy is a Tetris wiz! If he can possibly do it, he and his crew will get the job done for you. Especially if you can be flexible with him, these sorts of things aren't an exact science he doesn't know how long it'll take to finish one job and drive to get to you, so he'll get the job done no matter what if it's possible but needs the time to do it, so be flexible with that and you'll be extremely satisfied with the job. The cost is way more than reasonable especially if the task would be hard for you to do yourself in the first place, like how my truck has a 6 foot bed and the gas and dump fees to go to the dump and back for like 10 loads 60 minutes or more per load would be disgusting and time consuming and stressful compared to the lower several hundred dollar range I paid for these emergency trash hauls each time I've called and checked out every trash solution up here in this area and this is the best and only solution worth your time and money if you want someone you can trust to come out to your home and haul a bunch of trash away or clean out an estate after losing a family member. Very friendly and personable for busting his butt working hard all day everyday, glad the help he brings with him is just as cool! Great conversation too. I needed diagnostic work on an older Canon laser printer. I dropped off the printer at the end of…read moreJanuary, but was not issued a receipt showing what I left, the date of estimated diagnostic, or the customer's description of the problem (electric in nature). The drop-off payment receipt said only, "Express Item - Base Price." I was told they couldn't get to the printer until the following Monday. I called on Tuesday and was told something like, "I didn't say Monday. I said Wednesday. You said you weren't in a rush, and you were going out of town." I had never said I was going anywhere. Then I waited: Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun, and called on the following Monday. I had also said I wanted a diagnostic report before authorizing repair. There was no forthcoming call or email on the status of the Canon printer. I called on Monday (that is 1 wk. after the initial, promised review date) to say that if they weren't going to get to the printer, I would like to pick it up with a possible refund of the $50 drop-off fee. I would take the printer elsewhere. Bob said: there wasn't a problem with the machine; they cleaned it and left it "on" over the weekend; I owed the balance of $50 for the service fee; they don't repair machines for free. I picked up the printer later on Monday morning: Bob said they weren't charging the extra $50 repair fee after all. I asked for a demo to make sure the issue was corrected; Bob refused and loaded the printer in my car. I was asked to sign a final receipt saying that "customer refused to pay our fee of $100." I refused to sign the final receipt because I never refused to pay their fee. I only wanted 1) a correct diagnostic, 2) within the stated timeframe, and 3) an estimate of charges before authorizing repair. On the final receipt, there is no written statement corroborating what Bob told me over the phone. That is, there is no description of any work that was performed: no "cleaning," finding "dirty rollers," or "did not find any electrical problem." Basically, I paid $50 for my printer to sit in their office for 1 week. Summary: not forthright in communication, in written documentation, or in repair.

Some trim work, siding with Z-bar, and three short seconds of barge rafters with minimal osb (roof sheathing) in two small sections. Easy stuff if you know what you're doing. He came out and did absolutely terrible work. I told them they need to have people out here with more experience and they did slightly better. Still have chipped trim, cracked siding from screws, didn't do the barge rafters or roof sheathing because they would "lose their license" and still took them a week to finish which was originally quoted for a day. They ended up sending 3 other guys to finish the work and demanded more money than what was originally quoted. So don't hire this company. I would have done the work myself but ended up selling my tools so couldn't. Overall very disappointed in this company.
