They got the order out quickly and as you can see, they are just gorgeous. So befitting a young man who fibbed about his age and at 16 joined up to serve our country in WWll. There were also hard water lines on the inside of the vase where the water had evaporated over the last few days/week. This was clearly an old bouquet, either made for someone else and not used, or maybe for a display in the store, and then they just used it for my arrangement.... without even bothering to put the flowers in clean water. Very disappointing.

Ordered Remembrance Roses to send to a family member whose companion pet of several, several years…read morepassed. Wanted an arrangement that had a soft look to it, nothing vibrant due to the situation. Roses were more of an orange color, not a soft look. There wasn't a ribbon tied around the vase, like it was supposed to and for which I paid. AND the worst part was it had these 3 weird antenna-looking things (a "ball" on a stick) sticking 4-6 inches out from the top of the arrangement in different places. Never have I seen this done to an arrangement in my life!!! Really??!! It was clear from the card message that this was going to someone who just experienced a loss. Instead the arrangement looks completely clownish with these things. I have never written a review until now. I am embarrassed and sad that the arrangement didn't convey the emotions and thoughts I wanted it to. Most people I would think, want flowers to express a feeling and message without the need for written words too. Lastly, I paid express delivery for same day delivery. Arrangement didn't arrive until the next day. Lesson learned on ordering from this company. I'll contact some other company.

Ordered a beautiful floral arrangement or what I thought was a true arrangement to be delivered for someone who had recently lost their mom. Wasn't delivered on the date it said it would be and the customer service is non-existent other than chat bots that give the same canned answer. It truly seems like a scam and I had to call the bank to dispute the charge and goods never received. Very dissapointed and this place needs to be investigated for their practice and so called goods.

I had no idea what I was missing all these years! The decor is absolutely beautiful; the flowers are fragrant, expertly crafted and always fresh. My favorite part about the experience, though, had to be the Polish pottery displayed all about the room. The owner shared the fascinating history about how these beautiful pieces are made. I won't tell you myself, but I highly recommend you ask next time you stop in. I mentioned that it was my birthday while I was buying one of the mugs (pictured below), and the owner quickly began picking out complimentary flowers for me and my grandmother!
